Don’t shop here!!! The greeting girls were super rude and not helpful at all. They don’t even smile! Because they have a busy traffic, the sales reps would literally only spend 1 minute with you — they think you will buy anyway!

I love Michael Kors products but the store policy is Horrible! I purchased a tote bag this past Friday however I had a change of heart over the weekend so I decided to return the tote bag this morning.
I arrived at the register and was told that since I paid for the bag with cash and that the purchase was over $ 100. I had two options, I can get a store credit or I can receive a check in the mail because the store policy states that customers can not get a cash refund of over $ 100. So basically what you’re telling me is you can take my cash but you can’t return it back to me! To add salt to injury, it takes between 4 – 6 weeks to process a check. Had someone made this clear to me during the time of purchase I would have used my bank card. Never again!

Store has a lot of options. Customer service sucks. Get new employees (Katrina along with the others) and management. Rather travel to another store out of the way than come back to that horrible environment. Advice– choose another location or buy online!

I love this store and the selections that they offer! The ladies (sales reps) are very friendly and helpful!

Store is very big and in a great location. Tons of variety and very organized and clean even though store seems to constantly have lots of customers. Staff is very helpful. After we walked in, we were approached for assistance by five different associates within a few minutes. I’m sure they get commission, nonetheless they were still extremely friendly. All the employees genuinely wanted to help and were very sweet and conversational. And well, all of Michael Kors products are amazing and great quality but I think everyone knows that already.
