I have been training with Michael now for over 6 months, and is everything one looks for in a trainer. He is extremely professional, attentive, and very knowledgable about health and fitness. Michael constantly changes the workout to keep you motivated and interested. He also is a very caring and understanding person who will make sure you reach your goals and not give up on yourself. Michael has helped me get back in the best shape I have ever been, and I have never felt better. I highly recommend Michael as a personal trainer!

Michael rocks! I am impressed with the depth of experience Michael has. He understands and delivers results specific to an individuals needs– Injuries, pregnancies, losing weight… you name it– He’ll create the work-out for you to reach your goals. I’ve also worked with a number of trainers over the years, and feel that Michael goes above and beyond with ensuring you achieve your results if you follow his plan. His years of experience, dedication and motivation are clear indicators that he truly loves what he does. And takes pride in it. He has an intuitive sensibility that allows him to tap into what ones needs are during the session– i.e. he can motivate, back off and allow recovery time, and build on ones strengths and weaknesses. He’s also very professional, on time and committed. He keeps thing fresh by introducing new exercises that push you. My work outs require meeting at the crack of dawn-however, michael makes the work out feel like fun hard work. He is naturally optimistic and cheerful. I wish I could show you all my shoulders!

Michael has all the qualities you need in an effective trainer. He’s a great motivator, he recognizes your strengths and weaknesses, and he knows when to step back when you need a break. My husband and I started working with Michael 5 months ago with partner training sessions. At first, Michael asked us what we wanted to get out of the training sessions and then tailored each session to meet our needs. Over time, he introduced new exercises and continually pushed us. Thanks to Michael, we are now in the best shape we have ever been and look forward to continue working with him to develop our fitness even more.

Big Mike is awesome trainer, he has motivated me to continue on my get my health together journey, he even convince me not to get weight loss surgery, he said don’t do that let me help you first and get your health and weight loss in check. I can truly say he did and has inspired me to think of it as a life style change and its working… I BELIEVEMIKE!!! I recommend him to anyone/everyone, he keeps you laughing too.
