BEWARE the Brokers from Metropolis Apts LIE! I am dealing with a terrible situation currently where I am owed money from a sublease and they will not pay! Also they forged my current lease that resulted in unforeseen costs I now have to pay. And one of the brokers David Robles threatened with violence when confronted about his lies! Please don’t work with them, they lure you in the beginning with these promises and then lie at the end, after they get their check they treat you like trash!!!
