Hmmm, newbies or crooks, who knows but before you even look at an apartment they request you to sign a fee disclosure agreement, want your full name, have all required documents on you during visit etc etc. Sounds like all red flags to me plus hardly no reviews on Unilocal.Beware!

Andrew at Metropads found me an apartment that I love. He found a place in my price range in the UES, which I didn’t think was possible, but he did it. Thanks Andrew!

This is a new real estate company and they must be desperate because they are using every trick in the book to screw their customers. I have lived in NYC for 4 years and have never had such a terrible broker experience. They lied about what would be in the lease and I was set up to sign for an apartment for $ 500 more per month than we had agreed. They already were set to receive a commission from the management company and tried to charge a 15% brokers fee for this no fee rental. Thankfully caught them before we signed, but definitely beware.
