I was your client. When I switched insurers you promised to call my new insurer so that I could obtain pre-certification for the medication you were prescribing me. You failed to do this for several months. In our last session I explained that this negligence was a financial burden. You decided to make the call during our session so that you would not continue to forget to make it during your office/administrative hours. The call took 25 minutes, which was all but 5 minutes of our session time. You charged be $ 300 for a full session. This still does not sit right with me. I think it was inappropriate of you to charge me to watch you make a phone call. That is why I fired you. I think you should refund me.
