Avoid this place like the plague. I got food poisoning from a sausage biscuit yesterday and I am STILL hurting. I ate nothing prior, nor post, so the only logical conclusion is this filthy hellhole as responsible. It isn’t a stomach bug as I have no other symptoms. RUN from this place.

SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Don’t go here if your hungry and even in a bit of a rush. Why do you bother staying open late when the people you have working the late shift are sleepwalking? Just spent ten minutes in line. At least five people working. Only one cashier. No sense of urgency. And three parties lined up waiting for their small orders. I had to leave or risk missing my train. Thanks a lot for nothing.

It’s McDonald’s — so what do you expect. Overall OK(not bad). Service was quick and efficient. Food was hot — no complaints.

The anger I have right now flowing through me is astonishing… Is it me or all McDonald’s in this area are so goddamn awful… i don’t usually go to McDonalds… unless i have no choice… i was really thirsty and really needed use the restroom… i wanted to use the restroom first before purchasing anything… the security guard proceeded to give me an attitude about not ordering before using the restrooms… OMG…are you kidding me… the lines was extremely long… so whatever… i order a larger coke… and got the pass code to use the restroom… the pass code was wrong and i had to ask a random customer for the pass code… geez…never again will i be back here…

Since when customers are NOT allowed to get seated without any purchase? If so, why didn’t you guys make a statement posting on a conspicuous spot. Stopping customers from going upstairs? Definitely won’t spend a dime here.

This has to be the one of the worst McDonald’s in Manhattan… along with the one on 14th Street &1st Avenue. The McDonald’s at Park &28th, Tribeca, 71st& Amsterdam, etc., are so much better than this location. Just went for lunch today as I was hungover, and first of all, the cashier couldn’t do simple math and apparently doesn’t know how to use his register cause we went back and forth over 6 cents that I supposedly owed. Then, got my quarter pounder meal and the fries were all soggy and terrible. Then one of the front desk people would only give me 2 ketchup packets until I had to bully him for more. Then when I went to the soda fountain, there was no ice in any of the 3 machines they had. Then they also didn’t have regular Coke in any of the machines… I mean, come on, it’s lunch time on a Friday, not 3am, how do you run out of ice & coke, two of your biggest staples… is that possible? Then, I went back to the front desk to complain about the ice and the same guy that took my order and handles money said he’d give me ice from behind the counter. But when I watched him, he used a scoop to put ice in my cup, but then it overflowed a little, so he took a few cubes off with his dirty hand and threw them back into the ice bin, haha. At that point I gave up, and didn’t drink anything from my cup. Why is the front desk so incompetent? I know it’s McDonald’s, but it’s not this bad at other locations, and I’ve been to some bad ones. Was a waste of calories, money and time to come here — there are many better locations than this one. Should’ve gone to Five Guys or Shake Shack nearby but the line was so long that I came here, big mistake, never again at this location.

First of all I eat fast food every now and then, so I know not to expect too much. This is one of the worst McDonalds I have been to. I came here after work because I was short on time and needed a fast meal. Wait time was almost 20 min for a cheeseburger happy meal and mozzarella sticks. Fries were undercooked, bland, and very cold. The actual burger wrapper inside was filthy! Like disgustingly filthy with who knows what. No sauce for the cold mozzarella sticks. I work near by and will never come back. I really shouldn’t be eating junk anyway.

The worst McDonald’s in the world! In order to get some changes I went to the McDonald’s. I paid $ 10 for $ 1.63 coffee. When I get my receipt I realized they put $ 1.65. Then I asked for the changes, the cashier said I only gave her $ 1, and then I asked manager to check the camera and he saw the cashier clearly put the bill on the left instead of right site where $ 1 is stored. Then they counted money in the register. They should have $ 86, but there are only $ 74 after overcharging me $ 9. After all this I still can’t get my changes back. What an expensive coffee.

The store is spacious and is nicely decorated. Upon entry of the establishment one can immediately notice how disorganized the place is. Ordering the food is an ordeal as there is no line and its just basically who can get to the register first will be served first. The place is a bit untidy and I don’t see any employees actually going around and tidying up like in other McDonald’s. And the seats in the seating areas are sometimes not set up and the other seats are taken up by people sprawled over 4 chairs eating food they bought from home or other establishments. Seriously, eat your food somewhere else cause I actually bought my food here and would like to have a seat and not stand up and eat like an animal. Employees should be regularly checking the seating areas to clean and remove people who are just loitering around. One the positive note, I do like their fountain machine though. You can make a ton of different soda combinations but I usually avoid temptation and order a water otherwise I will be walking out as a diabetic.

The worst MC Donald’s ever! I got out of work rushing back home when I decided to get a angus deluxe order, first when u walk u can notice the place is so crowed u can barely here your thoughts, when I got my order I notice I didn’t get napkins. so I ask the person that was helping me for it, she was so rude like I was asking for too much. I really didn’t have time to stay there and waste my time with nonsense so I left, for my surprise when I got home and open my sandwich I notice I only got the bread and meat everything else was missing, I was furious. Never ever coming back. Wasted of money and time.

This McDonald’s isn’t so bad. I mean, what do you expect from McDonald’s? The majority of them are not designed to be modern looking and the food isn’t great so I don’t get how you can give this place a low rating unless you find a band-aid in your food or something or you got severe food poisoning. This is a fast food joint and is not meant to look nice. Anyway, I wanted to review this place since I was thirsty and decided to come here for their sweet tea! This location has the new soda machines where you can mix and match flavors. Score! My type of machine. This locaiton has been here for a long time and I’m glad it’s still there since it’s in a good location.

We were touring around the city and I needed a small snack. The boyfriend needed to use the restroom. So McDonald’s it is. I purchased a cheeseburger and he ordered a coffee. I mean how can you screw that up. Both our orders were fine. Just like we would get at any McDonald’s. We were in and out, so I can’t comment too much. It was quite busy. Not the cleanest McDonald’s, but also not the dirtiest.

So I ordered the same thing as my previous McDonald’s excursion just several days ago. My friend dragged me here. I originally was in Panera because I love that place. I ordered my food and did not go through the whole bacon issue again thank goodness but I went up stairs to grab two seats for my friend and I and all of these school kids were taking up every.single.crevice. Like groups of roaches. Isn’t there something BETTER to do with your time other than have field trips to McDonald’s like studying?! Better yet go play! Go play a sport, a musical instrument, get a hobby. Why is there a meeting at McDonald’s? Sooo many of you. I couldn’t find a seat. I had to walk around a few times just to scout out something. Couldn’t hear myself think and to top it off I got YETANOTHER crusty holiday pie. The pie itself tastes like life, a good one. The custard tastes like cake batter. The one I received yesterday was hard, stuck to the box and crusty. It is not that busy here for you to forget to throw away a pie that expired five hours prior! It’s just not! That’s the purpose of the date on the box! Don’t put it there then if you still won’t pay attention to it! That’s a waste of paper. The lady asked if I wanted an apple pie instead and I said no I would’ve ordered that. She didn’t even have any more apple pies so why did she even offer? Then she said she can make one just give them 5 minutes then she said 10 minutes. Went back upstairs to wait for my friend to finish and 11 minutes later nothing. No one acknowledged me waiting for the pie though. I waited an additional 5 before I got my pie. My friend had to keep asking them about the damn pie.

I get a fruit and maple oatmeal and a coffee for breakfast all the time. It’s an amazing deal at $ 3.80. The service is fairly competent and friendly and I don’t wait too long. It’s recently been redesigned although the scaffolding and dark entrance don’t make it that inviting. I can’t believe I just reviewed McDonalds — but whatever — deal with it.

I went in here with the best intentions of ordering a Sausage Biscuit to drown my sorrows for a day full of interacting with people who I would normally ignore. I approach the counter… Me: I will have a Sausage biscuit with a small orange juice Counterperson: Let me check… Me:…check? A few moments later… Counterperson: sorry, we don’t have anymore sausage biscuits Me: :perplexed: um… well…may I have a sausage mcgriddle? Counterperson: With egg? Me:…no Counterperson: Ok! An abnormal amount of minutes later, I received my order. It was bedlam in this McDonalds. They ran out of every breakfast food imaginable, and didn’t console me whatsever when I was informed there were no more sausage biscuits. I wasn’t sure before, but now I know we’re in our last days.

Its a very busy spot. However enough seats and the bathroom is cleaner than others i’ve seen in the area. So its best if u try to get here early prior to lunchtime to get a seat

Usually pretty clean. Service is quick and about as friendly as you can expect. Really good soda selection. The soda fountains are actually astronaut drink dispensing robots from the future. It’s a fact. Check them out. I’ve had my order messed up here. Just like every other fast food place in history. No big whoop. Gets chaotic during rush hour(or just randomly throughout the day). Expect surging crowds, shoving, and line-cutting and no clear dilineation between who has ordered and who is waiting. Stay calm and try to get a hold of the conch shell. Then they’ll take your order.

Old man yelling«where is the bathroom» in lobby. Clerk was rude to the old man. Not cool dude. Kind of a weird arrangement for the seating, it’s on a couple of floors above the counters. That’s probably ok, but the upper floors were blocked off by a couple of garbage cans since it appeared that the staff felt that it was better to cram all the diners into one cramped floor so they didn’t have the clean the tables. What would Ray Kroc say? The kicker: Food was less than McDonald’s standard if you can believe it. All in all: FAIL

Interesting set up in this McDonald’s. I kind of felt claustrophobic for some reason — guess it’s not very open. The ordering desk is all the way in and then you have to turn around to go upstairs if you’d like to sit. Otherwise, you need to go back the way you came in. Wonder if there were any studies done on how customers felt visiting this type of layout? All the same, the woman who took my order was very nice.
