If I can give zero stars I would because we never got served or acknowledged. It was a slow Sunday and we came in for drinks. We sat at the bar and the bartender was on the opposite end having a long conversation with a customer. We waited over 10 minutes when the bartender passed us to speak with a waitress in front of us and she still didn’t acknowledge us. We walked out to go somewhere else.

The music was awful and the crowd were extra drunk and spilling drinks on themselves. The bar server was nice, but even the beer selection was not that great especially for the price. I would not come back.

Stopped in for a drink. I enjoyed a Maker’s Mark and appreciated that it wasn’t watered down. Very relaxed, chill bar. I liked the selection of music playing and the overall vibe of the place. Not much to say beyond this, as we didn’t stay too long or try the food.

Wow, this is a hidden jewel. Very inexpensive and the Mac and cheeses is incredible! If you are in the area this is a great place to stop in for a drink and a meal — highly recommended!

They have a great brunch with a wide variety of options which is very surprising for an Irish pub. The fried potatoes were super crispy and the breakfast burrito was really tasty. It was a great deal for some great food!

This upper west side dive is best known for overcharging patrons at trivia night and serving burgers sans fries. Walk the extra five blocks to Amsterdam Ale House. You’re going to like the way you look.

Happened into this friendly neighborhood establishment bc we were in search of a place to watch the Redskins game. (Yawn — the things we do for love…) The ambience was nice. There were people of all ages and even a couple with a baby! I love places that make the whole family welcome! The food was standard pub food but very well done and not unreasonably priced. We had an order of nachos, sliders and a few beers. The servers were friendly. The bathrooms were very tidy. If Unilocal had half stars I would give it a four and a half!

Great deals on food and beer at this old time UWS hangout. It’s where locals go to catch a game. Burgers are good and salads are pretty good too. I’ve had good luck with the service and they accommodate on games. They redid the place a bit this year. It’s just a good reasonable friendly sports bar! Good on tap selections.

Surprisingly good food! Delicious tuna melt and quesadilla. We went just to watch a game and I had no expectations about the food but it was great. Good local place to go relax and watch a game

Service! Security! At this bar you just need to introduce yourself and have some common curtesy to have the time of your life. My boyfriend and I came with a big group and were treated great. When it was just us two at the bar, we didn’t need to try much to mesh with the locals and hang with the crowd. They are welcoming with reasonable prices. Chit-chat

Bill, the bartender saved my Sunday. I wanted to see the Summer Slam, and no one on the UWS was showing it. He wanted to see it as well. He has his membership. The bar had a Smart TV. And best of all, no one else cared. Big screen TV showing men in tights and no one batted an eye. Football and NFL was the precedent.
I enjoyed Goose IPA and a remarkable cheddar burger, plus the bar conversations were cool.
This place could easily become a regular spot.

I have never been a fan of any type of Bars… However, In Here:
Cool, Fun, Friendly, Welcoming, Warm and Leveled at the same time.
Reasonable Prices, Great Service From the Owner to Staffs.
Large selections of Drinks certainly can be a great comparison to some topnotch lounges and bars in NYC.
Excellent Taste with Healthy selections on Food menu.
Various Games to Play; Cozy & Homie Deco; Full of walls of TVs for any sports you would like to watch.
Responsible and Caring for Customers.
My Brother and I had a lot of Fun on Wednesday there; I forgot my Glasses at their Place; 3 days later I went back, They Actually Kept it for me.
If you live in the neighborhood and have not been here yet, you are missing a great thing. If you don’t live in the neighborhood, Step in whenever you pass by.

These people have no idea how to run a business, and all potential customers should steer clear. I came here with a friend for happy hour and after the waitress checked our ids, she came back and said the bartender wanted to look at them. Once he looked, we were still refused service. My friend and I just graduated from Columbia university, are both well over 21 years old, and have never once experienced such discrimination in this city.
These people are ageist and frankly stupid. I really discourage anyone from doing business with such ignorant snobs.

Went here last weekend with a few friends for some day-drinking. We split a few pitchers and got free wings as part of the special. The wings were delicious and our waitress very attentive and friendly. Since we were there for a while there was a change of shift and we switched over to a different waitress. I don’t know if it was because they were understaffed or what but she was MIA for most of the time that she was supposed to be our waitress. I actually had to seek her down to get our check because she hadn’t checked in with us in forever. I still give the place ⁴⁄₅ stars, but it would have been ⁵⁄₅ if it hadn’t been for the rude disappearing waitress.

Solid bar on the UWS which gets better when you realize there isn’t much else like this around there.
The drinks are priced well. No particularly good specials other than the two pitchers with free wings. The food is more of the winner here, some very good bar food. Solid wings and onion rings, but the stand outs are the burgers and sweet potato fries. You will pay a 3.50 premium for the SP fries but goddamn are they worth it. Huge wedges but from the whole potato that are fried to perfection.
What is docking this place stars though is the very inattentive service. I have now been 3 – 4 times, and every time trying to get drinks, food, menus or the check is an exercise in frustration as you attempt to flag down waitresses that would rather chat at the back of the bar than do their job.
