You get what you pay for Overall, I’d say $ 200 was fair for the work he and his partner did. He’s a super nice guy, but forgetful I think I had many nail holes around the room, and he offered to patch them up for me, included in the $ 200 price.. . He even wrote it in the written estimate! Post paint-job, there were still holes everywhere, not a single one patched up. I am currently in the process of filling them in, sanding, and re-painting them myself Also, there seems to be some disparity between his work, and his partner’s. He works with a guy named Rob. I have four plug outlets in my room. At the end of the job, two of them had been removed before painting(like I would expect them to be), and two of them had been completely painted over.. . I had to break through the now-sealed-shut plugs with an appliance. I had to run to Home Depot and purchase new plug outlets and covers, sand down the edges where the paint was broken when I pulled the outlets off, re-paint, then install. I’m pretty sure that Matthew thought to remove the plug covers before painting, and his partner didn’t Overall, I’d say that he does good work, if you’re willing to do prep work for him, and remind him of what needs to be done, then his work is a good deal
