A great find! I wandered in here to ask if the store could clean my engagement ring and met Steven, who did a great job and showed me the whole process. I’m glad I asked the lobby attendant at the building where Maselli is, because it’s not obvious; you have to go to the 2nd floor and walk the loop to find it. Will definitely return.

I just went to Maselli on Thursday to get my watch sized and had a good experience. The jeweler was very friendly and informative and only took about 5 minutes. Very convienent location and I didn’t have to wait before being helped. I work across the street and have already recommended them to a few coworkers.

I priced around to replace my Movado watch battery. I called Maselli and they asked if the watch had screws in the back before quoting me a price. From this question I could tell they knew what they were talking about. My watch does not and the quoted price was $ 10. –Watches with screws are slightly higher. I called and went into other places and the cheapest I got was $ 20. No other jeweler asked if the watch had screws. I was quoted as high as $ 35! –The watch battery itself only cost about $ 3.50.
Great history in this store. Please note that it is on the second floor in the corner of the 805 Atrium. Took me an extra minute to find them. Well worth it.

Masselli jewelers is a family owned business. It’s a pretty store, but they don’t have the sleek, high design ambiance of a chi-​chi store. So if you’re looking for pretentiousness, this isn’t your place. However, if you’re looking for beautiful, high quality jewelry at very fair prices, and enjoy dealing with a family operation (as I do) this is a great place. They also have a few estate pieces as well, at half of what the antique stores charge. As for watches, they have all the top brands including Cartier, of which they’re a licensed dealer. I bought a gorgeous Jaeger-​LeCoultre from them.
The store is hidden in a corner of the mezzanine level of the building, so you have to look for it, but it’s worth it.
