Found a lovely midi summer dress made of a super soft cotton, can’t wait to wear this summer. So funny to walk in this shop in Greenwich Village and come to find out its a San Francisco shop(where I’m from). So I guess I can always check it out at home too. Staff super friendly and helpful. Liked that they carried men and women’s clothing.

Love their stuff. So soft, made in america, wide range of sizes(There’s even a size between large and extra large) Staff is friendly but let’s you take your time walking around the small store. Decent prices on most items, usually always something on sale too.

Soft, soft t-shirts at a reasonable price. Now, if only they could make work clothes…

SOFTESTFABRICEVER. A go to for the perfect tshirt that hangs just right. Awesome flannels that have the worn in feel without being in an over priced brooklyn thrift store. Everything is made in small quantities and they change their stock out every 3 weeks so get your favorite shirt while you can. Say hi to super cool and tall John.

Looking for a little slice of California in the West Village? Mosey into Marine Layer and you’ll immediately be swept away to a land of warm winds, good vibes, and incredibly soft garments to hug the largest organ of your body(that’d be your skin). They claim to have the softest t-shirts on the market and it’s hard to argue — they’re quite possibly the most comfortable wears I’ve ever had a chance to pull over my head. Apparently the secret is they’re made with a sustainable beechwood fabric, but even if I was making that up it wouldn’t matter because all you need to know is that these babies are soft as can be. Many times with clothing you get either comfortable or stylish threads — with Marine Layer it’s possible to get both. Boom!
