DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST _​— We ordered flowers on the Friday before Valentine’s day to be delivered. They said they would be delivered that night. They were not. When I called they said they were on the truck. They never arrived. On Friday I called and they said they were on the truck again. I asked them to call me back with a delivery time and they never did. The flowers never arrived despite my being told several times they were on the way. Sunday they told me they would be delivered first thing. They were not. I called and this time they told me they got left on the truck by accident then they told me the recipient said they did not want them — all not true. They then told me they would not charge me. Also a lie. They charged me for the flowers they never delivered. This place is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have seen many arrangements come out manhattan flower mart and every single one of them was stunning. Each flower was artfully placed and extremely fresh. I appreciate the attention to detail and quality of flowers used. I highly recommend them.
