Received a phone call form Rudy the office manager today, telling me he had not sent out the invoice, which I would have paid in full if he sent it, and that it was my fault he hasnt sent it. He then hung up on me. This just gets better and better. There really should be a way to give negative stars

Experiencing sharp pain — left lower back teeth. They straightaway decided to extract my wisdom tooth, then said since you are taking them out, why not take out all of them. After that, pain persisted, I kept calling them, finally agreed to see me after a week. Turned out the real problem was another ‘cracked’ tooth. Said — I dont do extractions, but my ‘partner’ does, come back tomorrow. Came back tomorrow and got a new spiel about $ 5000 for gum surgery… I left. Another dentist extracted the cracked tooth and upon seeing the cracked tooth, it is clear that a cursory visual examination would show that there was a problem — I am considering getting a lawyer. They took out a tooth which did not need to, advised me to get other wisdom teeth taken out, then tried to ‘upsell’ me to another service — unbelievable
