I hired Madeline to do balloons for a graduation party. She arrived and had a «v» which was for Villa Nova the school my child was going to. It was poorly executed
The whole «v» was sideways and looked like a stick covered in balloons. I sent her a picture of the school monogram and said I’d like it to look like that. It looked nothing
Like the photo very very disappointing ! She did attempt to try and fix it but it still looked terrible a for every white balloons she added she promptly popped the blue ones to make room for the white. It looked so bad that 2 my friend said don’t even bother to put it out so I put it in the garage and didn’t bother to show it.
And as for the other 100 balloons I order from her I promptly took them out of the bags so they could float to the ceiling and 3 stayed on the ground. Sad. I normally use Roseanne’s balloons I should have used her but she didn’t call me back until after I had already pay Madeline. Never again !!

I hired Madeline’s Room for my sons 7th birthday party. The Miami Heat b-​ball team was the theme. The staff did a WONDERFUL job… from the balloons, table setting down to the gift bags! Once the hall was decorated my son came in, looked at me and said «mom, is this for me??» I live for moments like that! To this day our guest still talk about how nice the décor was. I def recommend Madeline’s. Hands down!

I hired the staff at Madeline’s Room 2 years ago to decorate my daughter’s 6th birthday party and have booked them for 2 subsequent birthdays, three of my close friend’s baby showers, a sweet 16, and have referred them out to multiple friends who are all amazed by the work they do. They’re professional and fun and a pleasure to work with. Definitely A+!!!
