terrible customer service. Store is run by two liars and they make zero effort to inform you of the return policy, which is store credit only. It’s not on their hand written receipts and the policy is hand written and deliberately posted out-of-sight near the top of a wall facing the sales desk instead of at eye level and behind the sales desk so the customer would see it and be sufficiently warned since there’s also zero verbal attempt to make the policy known. Then they lie about who the owner is, where the owner is, and similarly about who and where the manager is. avoid at all costs.

Bought a Sofa here. The sales person told me it has free delivery and when they brought it they wanted to charge me $ 190 for delivery!!! so I refused to sign for it and minutes later the Lady of the store who is manager called me to tell me how abusive I am with his workers, that I think they are animals and don’t deserve payment… really awkward situation since I paid in advance and the shipping offered was free. After I went to this store I agreed to pay an extra $ 60 even thou they clearly stated it was FREE delivery and go quick with the transaction, then they brought the sofa back. That wasn’t that bad and I didn’t care in paying a little extra as long as I get what I wanted by then but now 1 year after the purchase the Leather sofa has peeled of half of it’s surface. They told me it was a leather sofa and to my surprise I realize now is FAKE leather, a very cheap one because the sofa has been taken care of and regardless it got bad. It looks really bad now. Just don’t. So, I was moving into my studio and I needed to buy a few things. Since I am a Columbia student, they offered me 10% off. I was given a handbook in which I found 2 items. Futon– I originally bought a futon that was $ 400 and absolutely uncomfortable(I felt the bars underneath). I returned it and bought a suggested one for $ 600. It was really chic and matched the décor I was going for. Bed frame. I absolutely adore the bed frame I bought, however, it was put together poorly and broke 4 times within two weeks. I informed the LF and they sent someone out to fix my slats fell out due to prior poor assembly. It looks pretty but it’s an inexpensive set with each even worst assembly. The bed set was $ 500. I also had to wait 5 weeks, in which they told me to wait home 4 times with a no show. When I informed them the bed keeps breaking, they began to act like it was my fault. One 165-lb person is sleeping in a bed… really? Mattress. I bought a floor model. Nothing special right now, the fact it keeps falling through the slats solidifies it’s just a bad deal. Just don’t when it comes to this store. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I really wanted to like them because they are nice, but the fact of the matter, it’s just not that great… or even good… barely satisfactory. They have 2 stars for their willingness to come back out and great futon.

They have pretty good furniture and prices. If you go in with cash you’ll probably get them to knock off a few bucks. That table set in the picture was $ 599.00. In other furniture stores it would be about $ 1000.00 or more

They offered me a great price(significantly cheaper than PC Richards and Sons for the same model) for a portable dryer to go with my washing machine, and threw in free delivery, too(though I don’t live too far)! They were friendly, knowledgeable, weren’t high-pressure, and were fast. Because the process was so painless and affordable, I’m probably going to order a futon/sofabed through them, too.
