4÷1÷16 update review Below is my original review. I just found out she tried to reach me offering to fix the signature necklace. It is a very sweet gesture. I had to change my star rating to 3 for her effort. I will contact her. I still wish this necklace stop breaking… Think I wrote this couple months ago. I was so annoyed that day that it broke again! wish i can give a minus star if that’s even possible. Her design may look nice but their product quality is horrible. signature necklace has been broken about 3, 4 times already and not she refuse to fix her own product for free. What don’t you make your product with quality already??? There are plenty of talented jewelry designers that’s out there with better price and with a product that does not break. I so do NOTRECOMMEND any of their product.

I bought a «sterling silver» heart shaped locket for my niece at the Union Square Christmas tents and paid $ 75… the demo looked great… even better, I was glad to have been offered brand new one from behind the counter. I’m now cutting out pictures and in the process of placing them in the locket and wrapping the gift for christmas tomorrow and realizing that the back is scratched… this doesn’t feel like silver at all… the inside is stamped with the word«metal,» no sign of 925 to reflect sterling silver as promised and the diamonds from the front are all missing… just little indentations where the diamonds should be are present. I have not reached out and asked for a refund, namely because I’m back in California and Christmas is tomorrow. I’m just frustrated that I paid $ 75 for a cheap piece of jewelry and took what the saleswoman said at face value. Shame on me… but also, buyer beware… these products are not worth the money.

Same thing here. Bought a ring for my wife at the union square Christmas tents. Wore it twice, 3 stones fell out. After reading these reviews we’re just going to buy some glue and fix it ourselves. Too bad. Not going to buy anything from them again.

I first discovered Lucid New York on an Ideeli sale. The charm necklace pieces were cute and I love gold jewelry in general, so I thought«why not?» I got my first order in the mail a few weeks later(Ideeli tends to be slow on shipping out their items) and fell instantly in love with them. The charm necklaces(i have the fish, the key, a bird, a star, and flying pig) are so elegant. They really go well with my wardrobe. I can wear them to work for that«classy» look or amp up a casual t-shirt and jeans outfit. It’s really amazing because these necklaces really influenced my change in style. Amazing. Just this past weekend, I decided to use my Groupon to purchase another Lucid necklace– this time a two necklace piece called«seahorse and starfish». I loved it. I received the necklace literally 4 hours ago and haven’t taken it off since. The quality of each of my pieces is amazing. They are all gold filled and made very well. The pieces look delicate and expensive– though they honestly didn’t cost much at all! Especially compared to other gold filled pieces you find online. Definitely recommend!

If I could give Lucid NY less than one star, I would. I ordered a necklace from their website on August 31, 2011 and immediately received a receipt for my purchase. On September 4, 2011, Lucid took my $ 85.50 payment from my bank account. It is now September 20, 2011, and I have yet to receive my necklace. I have attempted to contact them through their website, but of course, the contact function is not working, and of course, there is no phone number listed for customer service. I also attempted to reply to the email address that my receipt came from and never received a response. Extremely disappointed.
