A Miracle Worker if I ever met one!!! Magic Hands and Soul
Well, I have postponed writing this review because I cannot actually put into words what it is that Dr. Vastola does but I will try my best. I was recommended to him in 2014 by another doctor I was seeing. Being with him is like seeing a chiropractor, therapist, energy healer, and saint all in one go. He gives hope where there is none and he helps the body heal on a physical, emotional, cellular, and spiritual level.
First, let me say I normally don’t allow people to do adjustments on me because I am scared they will do something wrong and screw my body up more so I didn’t originally come to him looking for a chiropractor. I came to see him shortly after a cancer diagnosis. I was full of fear, in pain, and an emotional mess. After several treatments I had gained such an enormous amount of trust in him that I finally allowed him to do adjustments which have taken away any pain or discomfort I was having. No matter how I am feeling when I walk in, I walk out feeling emotionally and physically better.
Aside from doing adjustments he has also taught me a ton about increasing the bodies natural immune system. If he tells you to take a supplement… you need it!!! Take it. Forget the garbage they sell in drug stores. They are incomplete and missing components which are needed to make them work properly. He has correctly identified things that were wrong with me that other medical doctors either ignored or forgot to tell me (Confirmed by pulling up my bloodwork during a visit). In addition he does muscle testing (or applied kinesiology), color therapy, and stuff I just don’t even know how to describe.
Finally, I was on a holistic retreat a year after seeing him and I mentioned his name during the retreat. About four other people had also been treated by him in the past. If you happen upon this man, you have found yourself a gem. I cannot sing my praise loud enough for him. Worth every last penny and then some.

A five star rating on this site is «Woohoo! As good as it gets!». Dr. Vastola is as good as it gets. I have been seeing him for about 18 months and I am not the same person I was when I first walked through his door. His ability to figure out what needs to be healed, physically, emotionally or other is short of miraculous. I don’t know how he does it but he does. I tell people he is part medical doctor, part alternative/​integrative therapy and part voodoo. (Don’t worry, he doesn’t stick pins into your body.) When I walk through his door he can immediately tell how I am feeling and gets right down to work. Aside from his professional expertise he is a lovely man and human being and cares about his patients. If you are open to his suggestions you can also experience the amazing talents of this man and move toward a better place through healing.

Dr. Vastola is truly a New York City gem! Yes, He is a great hands on Practitioner. However The reason I hold him in such high esteem is because he has the amazing gift of getting to the root of whats really causing you grief. I have gone in feeling «low» like really low, and «stuck» like Really «Stuck.» and then he does what he does and I experience some of the most dramatic emotional release I have ever experienced and I feel a hundred times lighter, I can laugh, I can smile again. I have read patient testimonials on his website, and was a little overwhelmed by the amazing results people had with some serious sh*t under his care. Yet the minute I sat down with this blessed healer, I had total faith he could help me. His is an incredibly calming and healing energy. You feel safe with him. And damn if he just always knows exactly the right thing to say or do to make you feel better. He is an incredibly intuitive person. I start talking about something, he asks me about something completely else, I then proceed to instantly start crying, bawling, snot flying, shaking, spazzing out. And when I finally get all this turmoil out, I realize he saw right through
all My BS to the underlying real reason of why I’m in a rut or feeling out of wack. Then I feel a hundred times better and a lot of excess stress just effortlessly melts away. And I write this review

And that’s only The emotional part… He does A hell whole lot more. Like Seven other Parts,(its on his site). Basically he helps me get out of pain, like spiritual pain, pain.
