This company sucks. Will not buy anymore products from them as Pureology destroyed my hair.

This location is the corporate headquarter office for L’Oréal Paris U.S.A. Once upon a lifetime ago in my adult life it was a dream to be employed here in their marketing/advertising department. I enjoy glowing with their nail polish Jet Set Shine Nail Polish — 830 Flight, a speed dry Perle nail enamel which I’ve received many compliments at a somewhat reasonable price. I would not attempt their cosmetics of skin care or make-up as the formula seems too rich for my very dry and sensitive skin.

Worked here as an IT consultant for about 2 months. Based on my observations and experiences, I think L’Oreal would be a very good company to work for, especially here on 5th Avenue the Corporate Headquarters for L’Oreal USA. I have worked in the financial industry and they should definitely learn from L’Oreal’s cafeteria. This place is the bomb. Gourmet, gourmet, gourmet at subsidized prices. Great sandwiches and wide variety of high quality food products both for breakfast and lunch. They even have a L’Oreal café that is comparable to going to Starbuck’s, which by the way they do brew Starbuck’s coffee, at L’Oreal subsidized prices. During this past Labor Day weekend, not only was Monday a holiday but the offices were also closed on Tuesday. Friday, summer schedule, is half a day, literally, they go home at 1:30pm. The work atmosphere also seems more laid back. Plus you get employee discounts for all L’Oreal products including Redken, Pureology, Shu Uemura, Maybelline, Garnier and lots more. Plus gorgeous women every where. I just had to put that in, I couldn’t keep that a secret. Well, as they say, all good things must come to an end. This week is my last week on the project. I hope they will have more work for me in the near future.
