Was in the neighborhood and wanted some authentic Italian pizza, so I Googled this place. Upon arriving, it had no authentic Italian look, feel or food. Everything looked like it was sitting for hours. Prices are cheap. I had two slices that were OK. For a place that gives the impression that its Italian, it certainly is not, maybe the owners are, but they obviously don’t run day to day operations.

This pizza place cheat people for nickels and dimes. The pizza is bad! Eat somewhere else or make it at home.

I place large orders for the company I work for and have never really had a problem. The grandma pie(different sauce and sicilian slice) is very good along with the wings. Very fast delivery and good pizza.

I am very disappointed that this is the only option for pizza in the neighborhood. I entered hoping it would be great pizza and what I witnessed is the same guy handling the pizza slices and making actual pies taking money from customers and not washing his hands or using any kind of gloves. The pizza looks like it’s made with the lowest quality ingredients and it’s 2.25 — not a bargain. Do not try to eat in the restaurant as you are harassed by many transient folks begging for money. I tried to find their hygiene rating somewhere posted and it was no where to be found. It’s such a shame. I understand the neighborhood is in transition but Little Sicily Pizza should care more about their product. Tisk tisk — thumbs down.

I ordered here after a long day and not feeling like cooking. This was the only pizza delivery option close enough on so I took a chance. I ordered a small 10′ and some garlic knots. I wasn’t impressed but the food was edible and it was delivered on time. The delivery man was nice enough not to pressure me for a tip but I still gave him one. It definitely wasn’t terrible pizza; The only thing I wasn’t feeling was the bread was really chewy. Im not sure what that was about. I probably won’t order here again, however if you are in Harlem and need something edible on a budget, this is a spot you can count on for that. Also please note that the next day after heating the pizza in the microwave, it was a little better.

The slices are pretty good. The crust is decent. The sauce is classic NY style. Cheese is good, and adequate. I had been wanting to try little Sicily pizza for a while but never went in. Pretty large space to sit and eat while people watching.

I never actually got to taste the pizza from Little Sicily, but I feel justified leaving a one-star review of food I didn’t actually try due to the circumstances involved. I am a teacher, and my second grade students recently earned themselves a pizza party. I looked up nearby pizzerias that deliver, and chose Little Sicily for its relatively good reviews, reasonable prices and close location. My school is located just a few blocks away. I called that morning and placed an order for delivery at 1:45PM. 1:45 rolled around, and no pizza. I called and was told that the delivery man had just left and would be there soon. My kids were looking forward to the pizza party, which we had been talking about for days. I called back at 2:00, confirmed the address, and was again assured that he should be there any minute. At this point, the kids were getting restless. Dismissal is at 2:30. At 2:15 I called back and cancelled the order. The man on the phone tried to tell me AGAIN that the delivery guy would arrive very soon, and I explained that even if he did, we wouldn’t have enough time to serve and eat the pizza, which was already 30 minutes late. He didn’t even bother to apologize — instead, he told me, «Okay, no problem.» No problem for him maybe — a pretty significant problem for 21 hungry second graders, whose long-awaited pizza party had to be postponed. I will not be giving this place a second chance. The next week, I gave up my lunch break to get two pies from Costco and carry them back to school myself.

The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. There was literally no sauce on it and the cheese tasted like government cheese — flavorless and strangely thick.

The pizza was good. I did like the sauce, but the pizza was a bit doughy. I’ll probably try it again. Delivery was early, and everything was hot.

sauce is good, tastes like old school pizza sauce. pizza has a nice firm, thin crust, easy to fold without the flop. the chicken parm hero was a little dry, what could have made up for it was more sauce. don’t think i saw an eggplant hero, that would be nice. :)

Very classic pizza place that smells and feels exactly like my old neighborhood pizza joint in the Bronx. It’s a very inviting atmosphere because there’s a lot of space inside, it smells like good food, and almost all of their menu items are on display at the counter. Personally I love a good batch of garlic knots to go with my slice, and this place makes them well. I used to come here more often because I would almost always see a deal listed on the billboard outside. I’m not sure if that was just a promotional thing when they first opened, but it certainly kept me interested in the store. They also make great calzones so I will surely be back sometime.

If you grew up in the 80s in New York and you still remember what real NYC pizza tastes like then you will appreciate Little Sicily Pizza. Real NYC pizza still exists and its been hiding from us all this time in Harlem on 124th Street. Go there. Now! Nice and spacious too, not just some hole in the wall or walk up spot. You can actually sit down and relax. Bring the kids too, there’s plenty of space for strollers and they offer pizza pies with cartoon characters imprinted ON the pizza. They seem to be experimenting with Zeppolis too. Last time I went they had oreos inside of em. This time there were strawberries. Im not really into all of that but the kids like it. Its fun.
