I was told back in November they were redoing there business and to call back for an appt in the New Year. now I found out they are closed and no one knows where my money is, i paid for a service I would like my money back or service. Noe I’m left with this scar from the tattoo removal. I’m finding my contract and filing a dispute with my credit card, I didn’t use GE. if anyone file a class act let me know

Wow! I am amazed, relieved, and(frankly) sad that other people have had the same experience as I. I paid(up front, as I think it’s the only way) for 8 tattoo removal treatments. I had 6 of them done. Suddenly, I was called that the location was changing, «oh and by the way,(I) would have to change my appointment to Friday.» I explained that Friday was impossible, and they gave me the name of someone to contact. After 2 weeks of back and forth trying to contact her I(I kid you NOT) was finally told that she had been laid off a week and a half ago. I insisted on speaking with a manager and getting my money back. I was told that they«only have an email address.» I emailed, and never heard back.(That was more than 2 weeks ago.) I am SERIOUSLY considering small claims court… if nothing else, on principle. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
