I highly recommend you do not do business with these guys. Ton of miscommunication, and one of the worst application processes I’ve been through while apartment hunting in NY (as if apartment hunting is not stressful enough here in NYC).
Even lied straight to my face and told me my application fee is refundable in the case of rejection of my application, when it turns out it wasn’t.
Again, do not do business with this company. I can only imagine the lack of care employed into actually managing their facilities if their leasing process is this disorganized.

I live in a building which has been managed by Lisa Management for approximately 2 years. Other then sending out monthly tenant statements I have not had much contact with them until recently. It turns out there has been a bedbug infestation going on in our building for several months and Lisa did not notify any of the tenants. The infestation has now spread to 6 apartments in the building. It only takes a simple warning to building residents to alert them to a possibly devastating situation. Shame on Lisa Management for letting this situation get out of control. I would not recommend them to anyone — quite the opposite — I would stay away.
