Once you sign the check for the broker’s fee you will never hear from the company ever again. I worked with Jessica Shaw. She seemed trustworthy and cool but once we faced issues with the apartment and needed to get in touch with the building manager she disappeared. And what a surprise six months after moving out we are yet to receive any notification as to where our security deposit is or why we have not received it. The broker Jessica Shaw and the company she works for Link Real Estate NYC have made 0 efforts to help us find our security deposit.
