UNPROFESSIONAL, OVER BUDGET, AND NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING ON SCHEDULE.
I have renovated a few apartments in NYC in the last 10 years. It’s never easy, but this was by far the worst experience. Linden Marshall looks good on paper, but the people who run this contracting company just don’t have their act together. Almost every task they tried to complete in our project required them to redo it 2 – 3 times before they could get it right. On top of that, they upcharge to come back and complete work properly, even when it is not done right the first time. They have a problem taking responsibility for their work. Chris Marshall, the point person for our project, actually claimed that it was «not his job» to make sure that his workers show up on time. They claimed our project would take 6 – 8 weeks to complete – it ended up taking close to 6 months.
STAY AWAY.

The best. Absolutely the best and I’m a touch critic.
On time. On budget. Incredible quality.
Redid my Upper East Side Apt. New kitchen, bathroom, cabinets, floor, skim coat, paint, and more. All excellent.
