My experience at L’Fay Bridal was fantastic! After scouring over NYC for the entire day, I still hadn’t found THE one. My Maid of Honor called L’Fay and they were nice enough to squeeze us in at the end of the day. Kaitlin was great and after showing her one photo she completely understood my vision and directed me to the absolute PERFECT dress. It was everything that I wanted and much, much more and L’Fay definitely had the best collection of dresses I had seen all day. Kaitlin was supportive and offered her knowledge and expertise but I didn’t ever felt pressured or she was being too overbearing in the appointment (which happens so often!) I truly appreciate Kaitlin and the rest of the L’Fay team for making my day so special and leading me to the dress of my dreams! I would suggest L’Fay Bridal to anyone in search of that perfect dress!

I visited L’Fay Bridal this week and had an amazing appointment! Kaitlin made the experience so much fun and a lot less complicated than it needs to be. She was absolutely great! She picked up on my personality very quickly which is crucial when trying to find the perfect gown. And since I am getting married in about 6 weeks, time is everything! She is extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable! She did an outstanding job! I can’t thank her enough!!!

I gave L’Fay such a high review because my experience with them was excellent. From the moment I called, everyone was very sweet. I even had to reschedule my appointment for the following day and they were very accommodating. When I went to L’ Fay bridal I got there early and was able to immediately try on dresses. My bridal consultant was Kaitlin C and she was very friendly, experienced, and knew exactly what I wanted. I tried on over 10 dresses and I ended up finding my dream gown. Thank you for such a great experience Kaitlin C. I am excited for my future appointments at L’Fay. I highly recommend L’Fay bridal boutique to find your dream gown and if possible Kaitlin C. as your bridal consultant.

My experience today at L’fay bridal was amazing! Kaitlin was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day. I was able to openly tell her what I liked/didn’t like and she pulled out some really great suggestions and made me feel comfortable in each one I tried on. She’s also really fun to work with — the best person I’ve had in helping me throughout all the other places I’ve been to!
They have great selections for all different price ranges with really great designers that you can’t find at other New York bridal stores. I’m so extremely happy to have found a location that had a great selection of Berta dresses to chose from! I already can’t wait to go back in for alterations!

I had a great buying experience as I stated in my previous review. But when it came time to actually arranging to pick up my dress– VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I paid $ 400 to get the dress pressed and boxed. My dress was 6 days late from the dry cleaners. The dry cleaners sent it to the wrong address and it arrived in a box as big as a shoe box with another dress stuffed inside. I know this because I sat in their office with my mother and fiancé until 9:30pm while my aunt went into a car with one of the Lfay associates to CHINATOWN to pick up the dress from the fedex location. Whats worse is that I was made to feel as if it was not a big deal. We were told– it will get here… I know your wedding is in a couple of days but… Don’t worry. They never appologized and when I tried to get in contact with the manager I was told Richard would contact me but he never did. Instead Rene Fisher called me back saying that she was the manager. She said that there was nothing they could do and refused to refund the money for the dry cleaning because it would «come out of her pocket». Terrible people work here. All smiles when you are looking and buying but once they have your money they crawl into their holes like rats.

I had the best experience at L’Fay. The bridal attendant (I forgot her name) was FANTASTIC!
We showed up early but was able to accommodate. She really understood my needs and wants but she also gave a me a few dresses that she thought would look great on me based on my figure. She got me out of my comfort zone and in the end nailed it!
After going to a few more locations we called up and asked if we could come back in to try on the dress again and they said absolutely (probably because it is a good sign you are going to buy).
In the end I said yes to the dress and couldn’t be happier!
My based budget before tax $ 2200 (Willing to up to $ 2500). L’Fay has a great selection within this range. New brides always tell them a few hundred less than you’re willing to spend.

I would give them 4 stars only due to them not have any 2015 Berta collections, but that’s not their fault.
My experience was great. My consultant was super nice, I didn’t feel judged for being 1 000 0000lbs over the dress sizes and having to hop my way into the dresses. She was patient and made me feel comfortable, especially since she saw more of me than my Gyno. Their dresses are pretty and it was very quite and private, which I greatly enjoyed.
