Jeannie H… interesting that each bad review gets a response from you that there is no patient in your office with those initials… Well, you dont know me? Your office has called me many times when I first posted my review so obviously you knew who I was then. And further I have an email from your office. So please dont add an insult to injury… BUT then on the other hand, your supposed not being able to find me is tantamount to the care I got in your office. Your records are as bad as your care. Worse experience by dermatologist ever

WORST experience I ever had, I WISH that I had read all the reviews first STAY FAR AWAY, Botox didn’t work, and staff was very rude. and kept pushing buying products I didn’t want and telling me I needed other services besides what I went in for. AND the fact that he responds to all of these bad reviews with articles about the «backlash» that can happen from writing bad reviews INSTEAD of apologizing for a possible bad experience or a possible misunderstanding is PATHETIC! UGH!

I recently went to Dr. Feder for general face consultation. The office is beautiful the staff is very friendly, the doctor was very informative and also bought few of his products that are really affective and definitely see a difference on my skin. I will continue to go to Dr. Feder for more procedures that i will need in the future.

Dr. Feder the SCARIEST looking person I’ve ever seen. Anyway, the BOTOX DIDNT WORK. He and his office completely ripped me off. They are over the top RUDE (except for one lady) and unprofessional. They said some crazy things to me on the phone when I called to ask about why it didnt work, it blows my mind that he is even still in business. Also, during the injection. (like seriously, during the injection) the horrible lady at the front desk runs into the dr.‘s room, takes my bag, puts it in my lap and tells me she needs my credit card NOW. Runs it and brings it back for me to sign. All while I am still getting the procedure! It was also very painful (botox should not be that painful) and left tons of needle marks (I’ve had botox 5 times before this). I called lifebooker to complain.

This was the worst botox experience I’ve ever had. I bought a Lifebooker deal for botox and used it for my forehead wrinkles. ZERO results. Dr. Feder didn’t even apply the botox; it was a nurse/​receptionist. They didn’t give me any ice before or after, so the needles left marks in my forehead that lasted for days. The office is outdated and smells funny. They also cancelled my appointment an hour before and then I had to leave work early for a new appointment. The way Dr. Feder looks is evidence of too many fillers; he looks scary. What a waste of money.

It is meant to intimidate reviewers who are posting honest reviews to warn others. I have received several messages from Unilocalers regarding being contacted and threatened with litigation by Dr. Feder’s office.*********
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Did botox injection in brow. Zero results. Called to find out what the deal is. L says call back and MAYBE doctor will see me as a courtesy if it still doesn’t work. Tries hard to upsell additional procedures and own line of supplements. Wish I had read reviews first. Would not recommend. Definitely will not go back either way. Would rather go to someone else more reputable.
