After browsing a few stores in the Diamond District I noticed Zoland. Robert was very wonderful and helpful. He designed the ring for my fiancé and the experience was unforgettable. After the 25k was spent the ring has now broken 3 times in 8 months. One of the times the center stone fell completely out and we almost lost it! After the quick, so so repairs I’ve now moved on. Zoland’s jewelers are not very good. The service i had before buying was paramount but after was subpar. They have lost any and all of my future business.

One word can be used to describe this place: Amazeballs! I whole-​heartedly want to thank this group for all the help they provided in choosing the diamond for my soon-​to-​be fiancé. They made what can be a time consuming and convoluted process quite simple, and I really appreciated the flexibility, style and approach they employed. The ring itself is quite beautiful, and I cannot wait to propose with it!

I was a total rookie when it came to getting jewelry, and this place was the only shop I could find recommended by more than one person I trusted. Bought our engagement ring here, and was so happy I came back for our wedding bands. Irene took great care of us, awesome place, won’t buy jewelry anywhere else.

I worked with Yale based on a friend’s recommendation and could not be more pleased. I sent him a picture of a ring and some ideas via email. Yale gave me the estimate, I paid, and before I knew it I received a UPS package with precisely what my wife wanted. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

We just picked up our wedding bands today and I’m even more pleased than I was with my engagement ring! My fiancé had his grandfather’s wedding band resized and it was incredibly important to him that the engraving not be compromised. Rob listened and made sure everything worked out. I LOVE my wedding band so much and the quality is stellar. I could not recommend them enough!

I was given Fred Hulnicks name from a colleague of mine. I spoke with Fred on a Thursday and told him exactly what we were looking for in some diamond stud earrings. He gave me a few options of what he had on hand as well as sending pictures and prices. Let’s just say — I had the earrings in my ears by Friday evening. This was the absolute easiest and no hassle purchase ever — and Fred was right about how much I would love the earrings. There hasn’t been a day since I got them I have not worn them. Fred rocks!

I have done many customized projects with Yale and the team and each one has come out spectacular. The team is very creative and has a keen sense of style .

These guys will rip you off if you let them. They will appraise your ring on the spot for you which is really convenient. However after we took the ring for a second appraisal we realized we bought a bad stone. It was our fault for not educating ourselves better, however they really took advantage of that. A year ago I lost my engagement ring on vacation and with the money we paid for the first ring, we were able to get a much larger, much higher quality stone from a reputable jeweler that our insurance company directed us to.

These guys are great. Patient, thorough, and they delivered my girlfriend’s engagement ring exactly how I wanted a week and a half ahead of schedule. It’s easy to get overwhelmed in the Diamond District especially when you’re like me and you’d never shopped for an engagement ring before but these guys are the real deal. In fact, I told them to move out of the neighborhood because I think they’re better than what you mostly find over there.
Answered all of my questions (and my parents’) before creating a ring for me than I know’s going to blow my girlfriend away. Can’t say enough good things about Rob and everyone at Zoland. Highly, highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal. I went here after my colleague got engaged, and had gotten the ring from Zoland. Seems like they get a lot of their business via word of mouth, which is always a good sign. My finance picked out a beautiful engagement ring here, which I get loads of compliments on. Beyond that, I think Zoland’s is an honest and fair jewelry store, which I will frequent in the future. I was a little disappointed lately, as one of the tiny diamonds from my engagement band fell out. I took it to Zoland’s, which they replaced (without charge) on the spot. Hopefully, it will be smooth sailing from here. Their customer service is top-​notch, which is what counts to me, since I have heard absolutely nightmarish stories from people trying to get their jewelry fixed at Kay’s or Zales. Would absolutely recommend Zoland.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed when you’re confronted by oh, a billion different options in the diamond district, and give up on picking a store. There’s also the «I really hope I get a fair price here» feeling that you get, once you do walk into one.
My co-worker’s husband bought her engagement ring from Zoland, and my one wish is that they were open on a Sunday — they aren’t, in fact most of the places on this block close too — because I would have definitely gone here to pick out my engagement ring. It’s something I still regret to this day, but what can I say? I was impatient at the time!
Brought a friend of mine in this afternoon so that he could get a quote on a ring. We met with Yale and he was great! He was patient, thoughtful and even offered to give my jewelry a free steam clean while I was there.
When my 5 year wedding anniversary comes up, I’m bringing my husband in here to shop for my upgrade!
