Dr. Merrick saved my dental life! I first met him about 10 years ago, when I had fear of dental work and many serious dental issues. Over the years he has consistently given me patience, clear information about my situation, special techniques to minimize discomfort, and excellent skill and care so that now I have a beautiful and healthy smile — no small achievement! His chair-​side manner, humor and dependable personal follow up make taking care of my dental health easy. I have to also compliment Myrtle, who is the most observant and thorough hygienist I have had.

I’ve been going to Dr. Merrick for at least 10 years now. He is always treats his patients with care and humor. Myrtle his hygenist has been keeping my smile beautiful as well. I have recommended him to other family members and even my boss. A++++++++ care.

Dear Dr. Merrick;
I hope this email finds you well.
I was looking forward to setting an appointment for your services. Unfortunately, I believe that your person who answers the phone, is costing you new patients.
Over the phone, I provide her with my name, date of birth, and insurance. She asked for my social, and I stated that I was not comfortable providing that over the phone. I called back stating that my health-​plan provider, which gave me an ID number to identify me from my plan.
From that point your assistant, became hostile, ended the call, and refused to attend me at that point.
I called my provider, and informed them of such rudeness, hoping that they can contact you directly. Your assistant was very comfortable treating me in such a rude manner, which I am sure that I am not first to experience it, and most likely, not the last.
I was just a potential patient, that simply did not feel comfortable providing my social security over the phone, to someone who did not require it, to render your services.
As a consumer, I can simply take my business somewhere else. I hope this email reaches you, and you are aware that an incompetent employee, might be costing you new business relationships.

Want to start off saying the doctor is good! What makes them 2 stars is the EXTREMELY RUDE receptionist. She doesn’t greet at all, finishes all her personal conversations before recognizing your existence, and just has a crappy attitude. If they want to have a professional atmosphere, they need a professional receptionist first.
