I lived in the building next to the deli and occasionally had to run over there to buy emergency things like milk and toilet paper. This place is horrible and really only stays open because of the insane amount of neighborhood tourists. — They require a minimum purchase to use a debit card which is NOT allowed. — Everything in the store is way more expensive than basically anywhere else. A half gallon of milk will put you back $ 1.75 more than the Met Foods a few blocks away. They charge, I kid you not, $ 1 for a roll of toilet paper. — They say they are open 24 hours, but once I went there around 2AM and they were closed. It turned out the employee was just out to talk to a friend and he came back later. — The guy who works there is creepy and asked out several of my friends who were all 15+ years younger than him. — Their selection is awful. They have a smattering of random things, but never, it seems, what you need. Pre-packaged tapioca pudding? Sure. Toothpaste? No. — I wouldn’t really call this place a deli or a pizzeria. It is really a convenience store. They do have some pizza, but they put it out in the morning and it sits out under heat lamps all day. They do NOT make any food on the premises.

Part deli, part slice joint, part grocery store. Good plain slices. You can find almost any bottled drink here.
