I like this place so I can have my pumpkin spice fix during the fall and other Starbucks flavored coffees which is practically the only place in the neighborhood you can get lol

Now, I’m not expecting much from a school café by any means but this place is just disgusting on every level. I’ve tried the coffee several times, hoping it would get better, or that maybe I was trying it on an «off» day… but it tasted terrible every single time. The only good food is the salad(in the other cafeterias, not this one) and the atmosphere here is grimy and disgusting… sticky floors, everything about it just gives me the creeps. Won’t ever step foot in this place again. Bring your own coffee.

worth 75 stars for the mediocre but FRESH made salads and a license to sell starbucks coffee. let me tell you the lattes/cappuccino/green tea here are a thousand times better than any starbucks franchise(i’m a snob trust me). most students seem to go for the diabetes coma drinks but the friendly staff here will make you anything you want, and even further kudos that they offer honey(always hard to find even in 2014). it is always worth running the risk of being late for class to stop here. overall food is a little grimy though — stick to the other cafeteria if you need a meal.

These guys can be a bit slow on the uptake, which can be quick on your nerves. But it feels really good to know you can pop over really quick, or at least relatively quick for a jolly jolt of caffeine. And as much of a snob as I am about not drinking Starbucks when I’m in Manhattan, I prefer it to the trucks or the Duncan Donuts nearby. The cafeteria area gets really loud when the D&D crowd shows up. And there are times when the line is absolutely ridiculous. The salad bar is also a great option, and I often partake in the sushi. Wish they would carry pb&j more often.

Very similar to any Starbucks minus the dirty look from the cashiers if you call a tall a small. They also have paninis, sushi, pizza and sandwiches. I like to get the passion iced tea but I’ll admit that it’s a hit or miss depending on who makes it. The female barista does an incredible job but sometimes the male barista makes it too strong so that it’s as aromatic as cheap Victoria Secret body spray. The caramel frappé is delicious and gives me enough artificial energy to stay awake in class but I try not get it often. On days that I especially need a little caffeine boost, I get an iced green tea infused with honey and lemon. It’s not on the menu but the barista has never hesitated to make it. Usually I grab a drink and head to the adjacent faculty dinning room which is a great place to get some work done.
