First time leaving and getting my car was a breeze. However, I’m currently writing my review while waiting over 25 minutes to get my car back. I have seen 5 people whom all came after me get, theirs. I was hoping to beat rush hour traffic home which may not actually occur now. Another gentlemen has been waiting 30 minutes for his. To me this is nothing short of frustrating and I will never use this company again. I will also be calling the Hilton about this as they use this as their self park garage. Oh still no car 30 minutes now and 35 for that nice gentlemen.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my car, I noticed that they had scratched the driver side mirror. I then asked to speak to the manager and that I wanted to file a claim. When the manager showed up, he would not look at me or my car. He simply stated that the scratch was already there and that I would be wasting my time filing a claim since he had no intention of processing it. Really!?! I couldn’t believe that he would say that to a customer. I cursed him out in Spanish and left. I will never be parking here again!!!

Slow, surly and expensive. They take forever to bring your car around. It’s expensive as well. I wouldn’t park there again as there are a lot of places that are a lot more convenient. They have a lot of high-tech display items inside the parking lot but it doesn’t seem to matter. Theyre very very slow. I won’t be back.
