Great guy. Funniest late night personality. The whole process is very civilized and nice, though you may find yourself waiting on a long line at times, the lines move fairly quickly efficiently. The security and paiges are all courteous as long as you don’t try to take pictures. Seth is great and the line to be seated in the actual studio is great due to Seth being next door to the SNL studio, allowing you to see all the pictures of the SNL shows, and maybe even see a cast member if you’re lucky. Definitely recommend going if you can score the tickets.

After your most recent attack on Trump tonight, I am so done with you, you suck. I will never watch your show again. Did I mention you suck.

We had confirmed tickets, so make sure to check on in at the designated time. Everyone gets funneled in through that middle stairwell near Godiva and goes through to wait in line to go through security. Super strict on not taking photography once you get admitted in. Then you go into a waiting area to be taken to the studio. Seth is a kind host and at this taping he came out to talk to the crowd before starting. Make sure your voice is ready to cheer and have your hands ready to clap as you’ll be doing it a lot and it’s all in good fun. Our guests were Sam Rockwell, Cristin Milioti, and Neil Cavuto. I had such a fun experience! I enjoyed being able to have the behind the scenes look at how shows we watch on TV happens! Definitely a bucket list item checked!

I did stand by, so I had to wait for a ticket in the morning that did not guarantee admission and arrive two hours before the show. Besides that, the staff was really nice and entertaining and it was a lovely show. Experience ran smoothly, and Seth was hilarious!

I actually visited this show because I love Amy Poehler, and by going to see Seth Meyers it sort of feels like one degree of separation lol. That aside, it was a very fun experience and it was easy to get tickets(versus some of the other shows in the city). All I did was reserve the tickets online a week before taping, and show up as directed between the time period of 4:30 and 5:10. What was nice, is that we didn’t have to go stand in line all day to view the show. They actually turn you away if you go too early. I greatly appreciate this. When actually at the facility, we hung out in a really nice lounge, and everything was extremely organized. There was a comedian to help the crowd get warmed up before the actual show and he was hilarious! I would also say that Seth Meyers was very down to earth even though he is famous. He did a Q&A session with the crowd, and we all had a great time. If you are in NYC, this could be a very fun show to see, without wasting a day standing in line.

We were able to get standby tickets and were lucky to get in. Seth Meyers was awesome! Funny… friendly…and down to earth. Would recommend this to others if in the NY area.

Going to taping at 30 Rock in the GE Building has been on my radar for a couple of years. I saw Jay Leno in Burbank a few years back, and when Comcast NBCUniversal relocated The Tonight Show back to NYC, I was interested in attending another show. Unfortunately, my last minute NYC trip did not leave time to secure Fallon or Meyers tickets. If I recall correctly, both shows distribute tickets using a lottery system at the start of each month. There are stand by tickets for Late Night, but I was unable to locate them. I stopped by the NBC Experience Store thinking I would ask about tickets. As it turns out, interns were distributing tickets for Seth Meyer’s monologue rehearsal at 3:30PM. From what I understood at the time, he basically does 3X more jokes than the final monologue and uses feedback from the audience to narrow down his selections. I arrived back at the store at 3:15PM. The staff took the entire group down the hall and across from a Tumi luggage store. This was pretty awkward– we waited for at least 35 minutes there while new«interns» tried to play cheezy games with the crowd. Next, we went up to a random hallway to wait in line for another 40 minutes! For a quick 20 minute rehearsal, the waiting was annoying. I did have to wait for two hours in Burbank at Jay Leno’s taping, but it was definitely worth it in the end. Once we finally went through security, we made it up to studios. The older gentleman on the eighth floor was very friendly and kind! I enjoyed his quick tour of the studios. We even got to peak inside the SNL studio! Seth’s lead writers came out next and I have to say… they were pretty crazy. I loved their energy and enthusiasm, but they definitely lacked professional skills. They cracked some pretty edgy jokes about the crowd and led us into Seth’s studio. I loved seeing the studio and all of the production equipment. I was surprised at how large Seth’s staff is! Seth came out and ran a bunch of jokes by the crowd. I found most of the other audience members laughing for the sake of laughing. Unfortunately, most of the jokes were super lame. Overall, this is a unique experience and something you should look into if you are in the area. I bet the full show taping is much better too. Note to self: Reserve Fallon tickets in advance next time!
