stopped by to check out the perfume… I have never had such bad customer service in my life… it was insane. She’s all but told me to leave…(she pretty much did ask me to leave actually) I think she was helping someone else, maybe not a custmore but something to do with business, regardless, if she was busy or somethnig that would have been fine to tell me. Its not worth going over the details… FYI I am not some weird annoying costumer or anything… and I had stopped by there 2 years ago and same sales woman(Japanese woman) was quite friendly… when I say it was the worse customer service… I really do mean that… it almost boardered on abusive, and it was all done with a polite smile and professional manners… wow.

If you really love perfumes, this is THE place! Well, krigler is for me the best little secret of Manhattan. I used to wear the #79(Pleasure Gardenia) every single day, till the last drop without getting tired of it, and last week, I went back to the store, and bought Schone Linden #5. This scent is really, really chic and delicious! You should smell this. Their candles are great too, not cheap at all, but still affordable. Excellent for gifts.

Yonekura Ryoko mentioned this place in a Japanese variety show, so I decided to take a look. It is totally a nice surprise! If you like the smell that’s more of a vintage style and enjoy knowing the history and the stories behind each perfume, this is a good place for you!

Good quality perfumes and great customer service. Counter & selling space is anticlimactic for such an esteemed perfumery. Unfortunately, none of the perfumes mixed well with my body chemistry. No purchase was made.

This is where I buy my cologne. Well… my parents gave me # 10 and # 75. I liked this brand so I bought # 29. I smell sweet when I use #10 and # 29. I smell…(I don’t know haha) when I use # 75. Ok… # 75 is my least favorite because it smells freaking unique(trust me, most people haven’t smelled this scent before). So far, most of the people who asked me about the ‘smell’ when I use # 75 are swoon by it. Once you sniff # 75, you will understand on what I mean… If you asked me before on what cologne I use and I answered Hugo Boss, I lied haha! Why? I’m lazy to explain what is Krigler :-)
