We had Krasula(Joanna and her colleague) come to our place on Saturday night a private pierogi party for us and 4 of our friends. They did a great time. They arrived promptly at 7:00pm as planned. Our guests arrived at the same time so I didn’t take the time I should have to give Joanna a quick review of our kitchen. That said, they found their way around easily and were able to find the dishes/etc that they needed without my help — thank you. This clearly wasn’t their first time doing this and I appreciated them taking over. Menu was pre-planned with Joanna and really worked out well. The stuffed cabbage in the tomato sauce was the standout star — really fresh and flavorful — I recommend it as the appetizer! For the pierogies, we stuck with a pretty traditional menu — meat, mushroom + cabbage and buckwheat/potato/bacon/farmer’s cheese. Each was plated seperatly as its own course, which was a great way to really taste the flavors of each one. Everyone left STUFFED! Our guests really had a great time. This was our first time having someone come cook in our kitchen and it was truly an enjoyable experience. I’d have them over again for another pierogi party in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up.

Krasula came to my friend’s apartment to make pierogis for dinner. The team handled everything and made for a very fun night. Everyone at the dinner loved the food and had a great time. The menu is also very unique(ie feta, spinach and pesto pierogis). The price is also good considering you can provide your own alcohol. Highly recommended for a fun and unique way to spend the night!
