I was very impressed how Koat floral was able to maintain excellent customer service through the web. They sent a picture of the arrangement before It was sent out and consistently updated the delivery status through emails. This put my mind at ease. Flowers were gorgeous! I’ll absolutely use them again.

Great service! I did everything over the phone and it was easy as pie. Sue worked with my budget to create something elegant and beautiful for a same day delivery. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and also confirmed when it was delivered. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Stunning flowers & excellent customer service. Really pleased I chose this florist above the others in Midtown. It was hard to chose which arrangement for my friend as everyone single one was beautiful. Couldn’t fault anything about the whole process.

I never ever write reviews, ever… but I felt like everyone should know about this place! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but the lady I spoke to over the phone, kindly and courteously explained everything I needed to know and helped me make my decision on what kind of piece I wanted her to create. Prices were reasonable, customer service was exceptional and most importantly, both the recipient and I were more than satisfied with the flower arrangement. So sophisticated! I really appreciate designer’s job. She is very thoughtful and able to understand easily what you really want to get. Besides that, the quality and variations of flowers are impressive as well. If you have deals with flowers you can say for sure that designers care about these «guys» in a right manner.
