After my hairstylist left Hair Styling by Joseph to pursue a new life in Cali, I was so worried about who would care for my hair.
As I’m sure many people can relate, It’s a process to find someone who is really professional, talented, timely, and overall amazing.
Thanks to one of the Unilocal posts by A.J. and a few others, I decided to give Kisa Alexander a try. Needless to say i’m so happy I did. Kisa is beautiful, responsive, timely, talented, has a great personality and baby can she do some hair. What I appreciated from the beginning was the fact that she took time to ask questions about how i wear my hair, what look I was going for, and also gave suggestions on how to maintain my hair at night. Don’t just take my word for it, please try her out for yourself. I’m positive you will be looking good and feeling even better.

Kisa has been my hairstylist for maybe 3 – 4 years now, and every time I think she can’t outdo herself she does. I seriously trust no one else with my hair. Her expertise is second to none.

Kisa Alexander is Top Notch! Even while being a celebrity hairstylist, she is accommodating to various clientele. Trust me, Kisa will style and cut your hair with great detail and precision. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is attentive to your hair goals, and will execute your desires, flawlessly. A perfect experience every time!

I have had my fair share of hair stylists in NYC, but kisa is by far the best. I get compliments on my natural hair days after I’ve had it done because it still looks great and has a ton of body. She uses great quality products, and I know she genuinely cares about my hair health. She’s also very timely and very nice. She answers all my questions (even when I’m annoying). Kisa is the best hair stylist I have met, and I am grateful for her. I recently got a a long bob and I love it. I told her my idea and she made it come to life. With her I never have to worry about my hair being messed up. I love that she is at Hairstyling by Joseph’s because she is closer to my job and general life. Kisa is worth every trip to the salon and then some. Do not let the prices deter you because there are some things not worth trying to find a cheaper option for. You will never want to go back to your other hair person!
