My wife and I happened to just walk into the store while we were out for a leisurely walk around the neighborhood. I like their selection of high quality jewelry and scarves! The woman that owns the store seemed really pleasant and patient as my wife tried several things on. She was helpful but not pushy. Would def go back!

Well, my mother always said«if you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything it all». Well mom, I have agreed with you and I always well. People must know about this! My mom and I walked into the store a couple of years ago(Yes, I know. This is a late reply). Hence my mothers saying! At first the assistant was super nice and helpful. Then the owner became available and started to interacting with us. She quickly became inpatient and treated my mother like a 2 year old that doesnt obey. Snatched things our of my mothers hands! Her gesture, comments and roughness were simply un-forgettable and un-excusable. NASTY! Until this day I despise this woman and the way she treated my then 57 year old mother. 3 days later I went downtown to the SoHo market were I found the SAME exact things only ¼ of the price. Yes, in Soho I found the SAME for a quarter or for some objects, half the price. There is nothing original about this store and I regret ever, EVER setting my foot in there. I walked passed KC signatures the other day and cannot believe its still in business with the woman in charged.

Please avoid. Not worth the money you will pay or the hassle you will go through dealing with their people. Very low quality pieces, ridiculous prices for what you’re getting, and terrible customer service. You can buy similar style of jewelry, much better quality, slightly better prices, and great customer service in the jewelry at the New York Look store on 62nd and Broadway. My first purchase broke within 2 weeks of buying(it was a $ 150 bracelet). Since they don’t provide any refunds(ever) any only exchange within 7 days of purchase, I was SOL. That’s fine. Stuff happens — I just decided I would never buy anything from them again. Unfortunately, my luck, my boyfriend later purchased a bracelet from there. This time, the same day of purchase, the bracelet cracked. Yes, cracked while in the gift box. Ridiculous. I was so annoyed that I decided to go in to the store within 1 day of purchase to request a refund. Even though they have a no refund policy, I figured they would make an exception considering a $ 300 bracelet cracked within 1 day of their sale and considering I brought it back so quickly. Although the man behind the counter was reasonable, the woman who worked there refused to listen to me and refused to give me a refund… even after I explained that I didn’t see the point in a store credit considering my experience with their pieces breaking… go figure.

Deplorable customer service. I love the jewelry, but I will never step foot into this store again. The woman who runs it is ill-tempered and abusive. She overreacts and gets annoyed, literally grabbing things out of your hands if you do not put things back exactly where she thinks they should go. If that’s not enough, she will call you names until you run out of the shop.
