I had an amazing craniosacral session with Dr Kate. She first checked to see what my body needed– chiropractic, craniosacral, or nutrition consulting. I’m a dancer and massage therapist with an old whiplash injury that I need to keep in check. I’ll get flare-​ups occasionally and have found relief through numerous modalities.
After seeing Dr Kate, I have not experienced the frustrating type of neck pain I would get every few months or so. Now, I might get soreness (from yoga or a workout) or a little tightness upon waking. It is an ongoing exploration, but I highly recommend seeing Dr Kate. She is a true healer.
