I called from DC to confirm an order that I had placed on behalf of a client. Colleen picked up the phone and yelled «FLOWER SHOP» in my ear. When I explained why I was calling she was rude and abrupt, acting as if I was intruding on her day. She later confirmed she was the manager, which I’m appalled by. I’m quite skeptical of using this store again based on this experience.
