Just Scandinavian

Wow still in shock from my experience here,
Have been in a couple of times to look around the store which has a pretty nice selection of things though they usually don’t have exactly what I want in stock so haven’t bought anything before this (they would have one print of the mat I wanted but I needed 4 or they wouldn’t have the style I wanted in the size I needed ext.)
I definitely wouldn’t say the staff has ever been overly helpful but never rude before but after my last purchase there I will never go back this women was offensive.
I bought a 700 $ fixture for my deck left all of my information and paid and said I would send some one to pick it up later in the week. A Month went by as I got very busy with work and completely forgot about it I was very disappointed that no one from the store called me to ask about/​remind me to pick up my piece I guess that sense they were payd they didn’t care.
Finally remembering I sent an offices assistant of mine to pick it up, and while their the same women who sold me the piece was gossiping about me with my assistant, saying things like I was an untrustworthy person. Unbelievable!
Iv never experienced such terrible customer service as here, will never shop here again there’s plenty of places in new york with similar products who wont verbally bask there customers.

Just Scandinavian is my gold mine! I used to live in Denmark and love anything Scandinavian-​related, especially furniture and other home décor. They have furniture, rugs, pillows, kitchen stuff, lighting, and lots of textiles (I believe most of them are vintage) at this store with which to make curtains, cover furniture, make pillows, or just hang on the wall because they’re so beautiful. Nearly everything in the store is brightly colored and with a pattern (typical Scandinavian design) so if that’s your style, you’ll fall in love with lots of stuff in here. But chances are, your wallet will hate you.
