Lot of misses on the menu, but a great delivery item is the Thai Chicken wrap. It’s so good every time! They have the best Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing. Definitely recommend their delivery.

I was out in the upper west side of Manhattan and I decided to try Just Salad, a chain that serves up fresh salads, wraps, and juices. I got a Roast Turkey Health Cobb Salad and it was delicious! It contained roast turkey, egg whites, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and of course, lettuce. I opted for fresh lemon juice as my dressing, although it didn’t even need it. It was so filling, so even though it was about $ 10, it can definitely make 2 meals. Plus, it was only 330 calories! I can’t wait to go back!

This locations delivery service is terrible. Forgot chicken in my salad and they just sent over a container of chicken with no dressing or anything! Urgh only if there was a great salad place in uws.

Great service today, I came in to Wht it seem the busy hour, the manager (Maria) was very polite greeting everybody entering I ordered a chopotle cowboy salad the chopper (Akeem) was in a rush but was nice, the dressing was amazing Sweet and spicy really great combination. If you want to save some money you should get the reusable bowl (Sandra) very friendly explained to me how the deal works, even with the salad app u save money very nice place.

So I went to Just Salad to pick up dinner and they we slammed!!! Under staffed, but still on point!!! This location never misses a beat! Asia and the weekend crew took care of everyone efficiently and in a timely manner!!! They ran out of greens, and still took care if everyone! Thank You Just Salad Upper West Side!!!

I come here on a weekly basis. Porsche and Asia are the best. For $ 1 don’t be a jerk, pick up a reusable bowl and make the planet a bit healthier in the process, plus it gives you two free add-​ins with every visit.
Usually pretty efficient. If a line builds, the staff multi-​tasks like today when Asia jumped off register to begin taking orders. Today was a quick turn around despite the lines– its easier to get in when not beach season! Good food, decent price, hard working staff!

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I ordered food at 5:25pm, it got here at 6pm and was completely the wrong order. Took me 30 minutes to get through to someone (with the phone hanging up as I was on hold for 15 minutes) to reorder. That was 1.5 hours ago! I’m still waiting for my correct order and I’ve been on hold with them for 10+ minutes (with them hanging up on me again). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND THE RESTAURANT CLOSED! I never write reviews but I had to this time…

This location needs management presence in the evenings. Last evening, I stayed on line behind 4 people waiting to place an order but no one helped despite one employee behind cash register (no one paying), 2 choppers (helping one person), and 1 employee packing boxes??? After 1 minute of waiting, I walked out and went across the street to Gigis and was helped promptly.
Also, last week, I ordered 2 buffalo chicken bowls thru seamless for delivery. I didnt realized they delivered buffalo caesar in both bowls until deliveryperson left. Called and left a complaint.
Also, close the doors and put on the air conditioner!
I just may stick with Just Salad at the office for lunch and find another business for the evening. The one in Midtown East on Third Ave is much better which I feel is due to management presence.

I’ve never had an issue here with service or cleanliness, or messed up orders. It’s no better or worse than other JS locations and a nice option in the neighborhood for a healthy-​ish dinner.

Always forgets toppings. Always puts the wrong the wrong dressing in. If you order a drink, they will always leave the drink out. Definitely not a good place for delivery. When you go there, they are good about remembering everything but you have to remind them. Otherwise, they will leave out toppings you pay extra for.

Missing ingredients from salads. I ordered the California salad and didn’t notice any avocado being put in so I asked the chopper who confirmed avocado was in the salad. Back to the office.. . And no avocado…
On another occasion a coworker ordered me the Asian Grain salad and was given the buffalo chicken kale ceasar.. .
Time to switch back to Gigis for salads. The employees carelessness and lack od focus blew it for me.

Today we felt like a salad and there are a ton of options for make your own salads around here. I like that they have the calorie count on the menu and the calories are not insane. Usually I like to create my own salad although it seemed like it could get very expensive taking that route. I like Cobb salads best and I would have had to put everything together to make it. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. It came to about $ 9 and was tasty. Also a decent portion. The cheese they used was not blue cheese. It tasted more like pepper jack. Overall we liked it and would probably go back for a quick lunch.

Good food and alright service (be sure to pick up the reusable bowl if you come frequently — two free toppings every visit!).
As with any traditional fast food service, though not McDonalds-​type of establishment, Just Salad hit the nail on the head when it comes to millenials’ preference of highly customizable food. Fresh ingredients and simple pricing that rivals that of Hale and Hearty (personal favorite) and Chop’t (the more upscale competitor).
Simply put, this place has the usual chopped salad fare, although it’s smaller than other locations so service is a little rushed.

I feel bad for whom ever owns this establishment, possibly the worst fast casual experience I’ve ever seen. The place was dirty, they were constantly saying they didn’t have the ingredient or that it was downstairs, and did they want me to get it. Yes I do want you to get it. Since when is goat cheese a substitute for feta!!!
All in all the food wasn’t bad, but it took 45 minutes to make a salad. Poor queuing system.

Friendly staff for pickup of a warm rustic grain bowl, which it seems each location portions differently for the same price. Unfortunately the kale pesto vinaigrette was a bit off.

Place just opened up and my wife raves about the one she has by her job. It was really empty I guess people don’t know about it yet they should do some type of promotion. Also there’s is a scaffold on that block so maybe people don’t see it. The staff was really friendly and they take your name in the front so when you go to the next station they call you by name. So I decided to order the Chipotle Cowboy and it was really good. It kind of tasted like a taco salad but instead of tortilla strips they put crunchy onions. Will definitely be going back to try other salads. Only thing is price is on the higher side and can keep rising if you add extras.
