Salads i would give a 3.5 stars, and service usually a 3BUT I needed to give 5 for one particular associate, Zeke. Normally wouldn’t review for a big chain, but I wanted to shout out an outstanding associate, Zeke right away before I Forgot his name. Normally the staff can be a little flustered and rude, especially during the lunch rush, but he had a big smile on and was working efficiently. His smile and polite manner made my day today! Thanks Zeke!

REALLY not happy with this location today. They managed to leave out half the ingredients I requested and included something I can’t even identify. For what you charge, GETITRIGHT. I order from there all the time, and this is unacceptable. Thanks for inspiring me to bring lunch from home!

The line is out the door if you go at 1pm on a work day. If you build your own salad it gets crazy expensive so I opt to get one of their signature salads. They aren’t too keen on substituting ingredients but I always ask anyway. The staff can be rude due to the lunch rush. But the food is good. There was a week or so where the chicken tandoori tasted funky but that was luckily fixed. Also, download the app. If you go there enough you’ll get a discount eventually.

I’m having just salad at noon and am pretty happy about it — got the roasted turkey Cobb salad in consideration of calorie intake, however opted for Asian sesame sauce as that is my favorite. They also have bread accompanied with the salad; flavor not as good as Cosi though. Also really liked the altitude that cashier was welcoming the customers whenever they stepped in — not a biggie but small pieces do add up.

Okay so I try and take all experiences for what they are… foodie experiences that is and I am an avant Chop’t salad goer so these are the standards I am used too. So I figured I’d fit right in here… but no joy the menu is confusing under pressure when you only have an hour for lunch… and I felt for the buck the salads were on the light side… so me thinks I’ll stick to my Chop’t.

Placed my order twice, they got the order wrong, then my name wrong. Had to leave with no food, waste of time

Nothing special about the salad here. The bread was soggy af. I MIGHT return because I am all about trying new items on the menu although I had a bad experience. The workers look like they want to be anywhere besides work which is really a nono people. Also, it is kind of overpriced though for a salad.

I’m glad to live near this outpost of Just Salad. They give generous portions of ingredients and they’re always fresh.(try getting kale with beets, cucumber, avocado, goat cheese, tandoori chicken, and yogurt cucumber dressing) I don’t go here during peak hours so I don’t have to deal with crowds. I go here so often, I should probably get one of those reusable bowls.

Friendly customer service food tastes delicious, I was greeted by Kat(topper) very sweet and got my order right. Lost a star because the prices are a bit high for a salad and wish there was a bathroom.. but I’m satisfied. Will be coming back.

The kale smoothie with apples, ginger, pineapple and lemon was healthy but a bit flat. Although low in calories, it needed more fruits such as Mango or berries!

Today, was my second visit to this location, and it was a good experience. As you enter the line an employee greets you and asks which type of salad you prefer and name. They hand you a ticket and you choose your four essential toppings(carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc). Your third step are the guys who chop up and put your salad dressing. Lastly, you meet the cashier. The line moves relatively quickly here and employees are courteous and helpful. The only thing I saw that I didn’t like was the manager, or at least I believe he was the manager. He was continiously rushing the employees to chop the salads; but it was unnecessary as the line moved very smoothly and they were all doing thie jobs. Anyhow, job well done here. FYI– Pay a dollar for the Just Salad bowl(White, Orange or Green) and you will get two essential toppings or one free cheese on all future purchases.

Don’t get the broccoli topping — it was cold and sour. Otherwise, great salad.

A fine overpriced salad. Unfortunately, not a great overpriced salad. I got the pesto premium salad, and I have to say, it is really disorienting to watch the people behind the counter so violently chop the salad and just throw the vegetables around. My salads need more love than that! It was good, but I won’t return.

Originally saw the happy hour for smoothies outside. Couldn’t get it because it was Sunday but I just decided to get a smoothie anyway. The one that caught my eye had chia seeds, peanut butter, banana, and agave nectar. Unfortunately, it was also made with almond milk, which I’m allergic to. I saw another option that would coconut milk but I honestly hate the way it tastes. As I admitted defeat I saw a possible replacement of the Greek yogurt. I then thought, «I hope when this nice second cashier I got tells me then can do it for me.»(How come suggestions weren’t made? Idk.) When she came back with the approval of other team member, my happiness was apparent on my face. That drink was honestly amazing. I never bought anything from just salad, but I’m glad I did

Midtown staple and a reliable and over priced a guaranteed way to maintain a diet of some sort and eat some fresh veggies when you’re too busy or too lazy to put together a salad for lunch. They do have some premium, absolutely delicious salads, but they will likely run you around $ 10. They definitely have a factory of sorts in terms of making the salads, but you will not leave dissatisfied. Don’t forget to get the loyalty card!

First time ordering… I ordered the spring crunch salad with horse radish chive dressing… I wish there was more! The little kick of the horse radish and the snap of the snap peas… OMG delish! Ordering the peanut butter chia smoothie next!

«Do you want me to toss your salad, Sir?» asks the sweet and amiable girl behind the counter(sometimes, there’s a sweet and amiable man there, but that’s another story for another day). «Yes, please» I stammer, feeling the color rise towards my visage. I swear, this is the only place where my answer to that question is in the affirmative! The lines at lunch time are long, but they move rather fast. You can choose a salad or wrap from their menu or create your own. When creating your own salad, you pick from a range of greens, the choices being lettuce, spinach, kale, mesclun and cabbage. Then you can choose from an array of toppings, including different meats, vegetables, beans, cheeses, fruits and nuts, and dressings to add to your salad. You get 4 veggie toppings for free, and there’s a charge for every additional topping. The meats and certain veggies(e.g. avocados) are premium toppings, so they come at a higher charge. If you reuse a salad bowl from a prior visit, you get 2 additional toppings and your choice of cheese for free. I eat here every now and again to beguile myself that I am eating healthy for a change, but when I look back on the ingredients I had chosen for my salad, I find myself wondering if I might as well have eaten a cheeseburger, and that would have been healthier! But that, of course, is no fault of the business, for they do offer several healthy options; it’s this gluttonous hog that always goes for the fattening choices. I swear, if gluttony really is a deadly sin, I am doomed beyond salvation; may the divine grace be with me! My very, eh, hearty salad typically consists of mesclun, chick peas, hard boiled eggs, turkey bacon, buffalo chicken /tandoori chicken /grilled salmon /grilled shrimp, cheddar cheese, pepperjack cheese, and a combination of creamy sriracha dressing and ranch. The sriracha dressing is seriously hot, even for me, so be mindful of the quantity you want added to your salad. Go here and eat healthy. In other words, do as I say; don’t do as I do!

I come here for lunch often and use the LevelUp app(first visit you get $ 3 off, after $ 100 spent you get $ 10). I have the reusable bowl, which gets you 2 free toppings each time you bring it in. The lines can get really long during prime lunch hours, so I usually come here early or late when the lines are much shorter. One time I ordered the Thai Chicken Crunch and they forgot to add the chicken… other than that my experience has been good here so far!

Post Valentine’s Day detox — stopped by with my Levelup $ 8 credit and got a custom made salad to go! For $ 6.99 before tax, you can choose up to 4 essential items to go with greens(feel free to mix it up — i went with spinach, kale, and mesclun). For the essentials — I was happy to see edameme and egg white under«basic» aka no additional charge — added mine up with these two along with black bean/corn + roasted pepper. Last and not least — There was a nice variety of salad dressing — I was a bit skeptical to see spicy buffalo listed as 5 calories per serving — I decided to give it a try. They literally pour the whole bottle right into your salad bowl until you frantically tell them to stop — so much to saving those extra calories. This location is the first«Just Salad» in the city to accept Levelup and there was only 1 girl in the entire store who knew how to run the system. It took about a handful of attempts(stepped aside a few times for other customers behind me to pay first) but she ultimately was able to allow me to claim my offer. The salad wasn’t anything special — as the name suggested it «Just Salad». There are too many salad specialty competitors in the area — Chopt, Fresh&Co, Sweetgreen, all the mom + pop deli stores — to hurry me back to this store.
