this place really has bad customer service !! after i bought myself a necklace in there i went in a few days later and to buy matching earrings and the guy said if i have no money to don’t waste time after i legit spend money on my necklace in there. horrible customer service.

This shop is a GEM of a place. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Pepe himself is a charming, gracious, «old school» craftsman with decades of experience. It is such a pleasure to find a place like this nowadays. I recommend Joyeria Pepe wholeheartedly and without reservation.

This place is a gem. As the saying goes, its not quantity but quality that counts and in this case it couldn’t be more true. Came here in Feb 2008 to look at engagement rings and was recommended a real beauty from Pepe himself. My wife loved it. The atmosohere here is family oriented so there wasn’t 2 or 3 salesmen jumping over each other for sales. It was intimate and very pleasant. Will continue to go for all my jewelry needs, that’s for sure.

I went to Joyeria Pepe on August 2012, the store located on Broadway, 176th Street, to inquire about having made an Eternity ring for me, and I was taken care of by Pepe himself. The reason for this review is because the ring I got was a custom design, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and I am sure it is far more than the purchased price. He exceeded my EXPECTATIONS, as he done a wonderful job.
Please don’t let this little store located in upper Manhattan stop you from visiting it. The service is amazing, staff is friendly, and the prices will amaze you. You will be completely satisfied.
Pepe is a gentle soul, and he aims to please.
