We caught a great improv group here, Eight Is Not Enough. An interesting little mishap was handled very well by the leader of the improv troupe as curtains caught fire and began to spread rapidly. He yanked the offending curtain down with a snap, whipped off his shirt and smothered the flaming curtain with it. Smooth. In an interesting study of crowd behavior, 95% of the audience stood and headed for a singe doorway while we stood and went toward the main entrance through which we had entered… totally unobstructed. Anyway, back to the show. The service was very good and pretty innocuous so as to not interfere with the show. I would call this a pretty no frills venue. Basic dinner seating and surroundings. Not the comfiest seating either.
