Living in Manhattan, I don’t get sticker shock often, but truly speechless right now. Ordered a vodka martini and a Manhattan and its $ 48??? Is this a joke? For two cocktails in plastic cups? Bartender told me that cocktails are considered a ‘double’. Huh??? What universe am I in right now? I live in Manhattan and the top end I’ve paid for a cocktail was $ 18 and that was in a crystal martini glass at the peninsula hotel. Robbery

I hope no one ever actually pays their own money for this suite(I believe around 90 – 100 price range). It’s air conditioned(with bathrooms), free popcorn and peanuts, and the employees are very nice. Aside from that there’s no perk. You still have to pay for everything else and go to your seat to watch the game. Overall I don’t understand the appeal

Cool suite, but we won’t be rushing to buy tickets to the suite ever. It’s nice and big, air conditioned, clean with a big bar and free peanuts and popcorn but I would much rather Yankee Stadium have a Jack Daniels suite. Haha The bar was having difficulties every few minutes as their system was going down and preventing them from processing payments and preparing drinks. Also, while you’re in the suite you can only watch the game through tv’s, you don’t have a view of the actual field.

Came here for Old Timers Day June 21, 2015 And had a horrible time. The weather was misty, rainy and cold most of the night — we tried to go into the Jim Beam’s Suit Bar however, it was so crowed, standing room only and we weren’t going to stand. We ended up sitting in their outdoor seating area that was ok until the guy sitting next to me went into Cardiac Arrest. The in-house Medics were called to the scene and he was taken away — we felt so bad for his wife who was screaming, we really never knew what ever happened after that. After all the excitement we ended up going to the 1st level to find seating were it was a little more calming. To put the icing on the night we ordered Nathan’s Hot Dogs and Fries and when we went to put Ketchup on the Fries they were totally out… everyone was asking the staff for Ketchup and they couldn’t give a rats ass about their customers — everyone was on their own and this was only the 4th inning of the game. Honestly, who is managing Nathan’s stand? All and all, I have no intention of ever getting seating in the Jim Beam Suite ever again.

The sweet does not over look the field. But they have free popcorn. free peanuts. and there is no waiting around to get drinks or go to the bathroom. Having a nice Air conditioned shelter from the heat and or rain is very nice indeed. Tip: Do not get the black cherry Manhattan. The bartender referred this drink to me. but it might be the worst drink I have had the pleasure of purchasing. Liquid diabetes, this drink is WAY to sweet. Stick to straight bourbon and beer. Go Yankees?

The Jim Beam Suite is an exclusive indoor bar/lounge for people who have seats in the Jim Beam section in Yankee Stadium. It’s a full service bar that has every possible liquor that Jim Beam makes plus many other liquors and beer. The prices are crazy expensive, but that’s apropos to Yankee Stadium. There are tables inside to bring your concessions to eat and/or have a drink. It’s also a good place to stop in and cool down if it gets too hot in the stadium… but you don’t want to spend too much time there… you did buy tickets to to see the ball game live and not on some a tv in a bar.

The Jim Bean Suite is a crowd controlled room on the 3rd level of Yankee Stadium that has a separate bar and food stations, though not included in the price of the ticket, and a number of TVs. The seats associated with the Suite are in section 321, which are right behind home plate. T and I came here for a game recently as I got tickets through work. While it was nice to have a semi-separate area with clean bathrooms and minimum lines for food, I’m not sure that the Jim Bean suite experience is worth the $ 95/ticket. Our seats were good but I’m sure you could get similar seats for less and given that food and drink weren’t included what we were really paying for was access to a real bar and short lines. The food was standard ball game food — hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, and pizza, so in my opinion, you’re better off going outside of the Suite and getting BBQ or burgers from the real vendors outside. Drinks weren’t anything special either, just faster and easier to access. Servers were very busy but really friendly. Bonus points for the complementary popcorn and peanuts they give out. If you don’t like waiting in lines and want an air conditioned space to sit and watch the game on TVs from, then the Suite may be worth it, but for us we would have been just as happy just getting regular seats in the same vicinity.
