I have been training with Jill for the past 6 months and the results after such a short time have been incredible! I went to Jill because I wanted to improve my diet and my overall fitness. Jill tailored an eating plan for me, which has been relatively easy to follow. My classes with Jill are varied and she always manages to keep it interesting so that I never get bored. Through doing pilates and yoga, I have been able to strengthen my core. I have also lost weight without feeling like I have had a torturous workout régime. My body feels toned, and after having had two children, I finally feel like my old self again. The best thing to come out of training with Jill is that I am now able to play and pick up my children without running out of energy or complaining of back pains! She has truly changed my lifestyle and given me the tools to maintain the change. I look forward to my classes with Jill and I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone!

I can’t thank Jill enough! I did NOT like Pilates but my husband bought me a package so I tried it. I’m 40 years old and generally in ok shape but haven’t worked out in about 3.5 years. I used to practice yoga for 15 years before my 3 year old. So i reluctantly went to Pilates; i am going just once a week and already feel a big difference after just 8 sessions-my clothes already fit better! Jill is patient, kind(super sweet!) and super knowledgeable about not only Pilates, but yoga, kettlebells, free weights, running, etc. And she knows all about natural healing with herbs, as a nice side note! Now I look forward to my weekly Pilates sessions and just wish I could go more often.

I’m thrilled with the classes that I’ve been taking with Jill! I’m feeling stronger and looking much more toned. I look forward to the cheerful clean studio, and the workouts which are challenging and fun. I always walk out feeling great.
