Either the one who took my order went out of her way to screw it up… or she needs serious help in life. I learned 6 – 7 new ways to mess up a falafel (impressive. I know). After specifying and confirming numerous times to put some damn hot sauce in it… they forgot the hot sauce. Shocker. Here’s why I’m so upset though– YOUR ENTIRE JOB IS TO MAKE SURE I GET MY DAMN HOT SAUCE IN MY FALAFEL!!! NOTHING ELSE! NOT TO CLEAN! NOT TO TELL ME THE WEATHER! NOT TO SPLIT ATOMS! NOTHING BUT SIMPLY LISTEN TO MY ORDER… AND THEN ENTER IT… BOOM! And the food was cold when I got it.

Poor delivery service, after calling 3 times and waiting 2 hours all they had to offer was «do you want to cancel your order?»
great food and prices but not reliable for delivery.
