I’ve been coming to this practice since 2011. i have chronic back pain and can not sit for more than 20 mins. the staff there are really great. they’re very helpful. Amanda, Jason and Karina are very patient and are always willing to help. They’re very knowledgeable about insurance and always try to accommodate. This practice gets very busy so you can understand how overwhelming they get. Dr. Schlifstein and Aja has helped me get back to 75%. I have to say this is the only practice that Ive been to that is very reliable.

Fountain Medical needs to get their act together. I signed up via ZocDoc for an 8:30am appointment with Dr. Goldstein, which I called to confirm the day before. I show up at 8:15 because I am a new patient and know the amount of time it takes to fill out paperwork(plus my dominant thumb was broken, so it takes double the time to write). Doors are locked. 8:30 arrives. I called three times, no answer. Doors still locked. Finally someone unlocks the door at 8:45 and clearly didn’t care I was waiting outside in the rain for 30 minutes. I am taken into a room at 9:15. Waited 15 minutes and went outside to ask the admin staff where he was(I was the only patient in the office). Admin told me «her boss hadn’t arrive yet.» I ask her to call him, which no one did originally. Manager of admins comes in, apologizes, and tells me Dr. Goldstein had an emergency and wouldn’t be arriving that day. I totally understood why he couldn’t be there and felt bad for being aggressive, but did he know he had an 8:30 appointment? Did he not tell the staff beforehand so his 8:30 wouldn’t be waiting for so long? I was then told the other doctor is coming in early to see me. The other doctor never saw me. He sent in the PA, who was very nice and so apologetic, but too green for me to feel confident in the examination. Never going back again and I am not recommending. Extremely frustrating. Save yourself the money.

This doctor is HORRIBLE. the staff there are few friendly and knowledgeable, so there’s that. I first went for wrist issues a few months ago, and was told i needed an MRI. Scheduled said MRI, got it done, and had my results sent over to the DR. days went by — no call, no confirmation of receipt, nothing. so I called the office and was told that the DR was seeing a patient and he’d give me a call back after. ok, cool. never heard back. called the next day, same story, never heard back. I must have called 5 – 6 times before the staff realized that my MRI results were discarded because they weren’t being used, so they had to re-order new ones. This all took about a month — finally someone was able to get in touch with the DR, who only said I need more tests done and that he would call me back later. that was 4 weeks ago– I have called 3 – 4 times and have still yet to hear from him DONOTSEETHISDR. i am willing to bet almost ANYONEELSE would be more reliable

The support staff is wonderful. Dr. Goldstein is bad. Really bad. Ive only«seen» him once. But I’ve had two appts with his office. For my first visit, he was over 45 minutes late. His support staff(bless their little frustrated hearts) was so apologetic. They mentioned his punctuality was always hit or miss, but that he was a decent Dr. Second visit I left once my watch reached the 30 min mark. So I don’t really have any follow up comments. But I’m sure I would have been seen roughly 15 or 30 minutes later. I should note for both appointments, I was the«first» patient. If this were during any other time of the day, I would have more grace. But no apology from him on the tardiness gives the impression you’re not interested in having me as a patient. Excessive tardiness is a deal breaker.
