Jay Suites Office Space Rentals – Grand Central

If I could leave a zero star I would. This is my worst experience ever with a landlord. I contacted for a year space rental and gave them 30 days notice to move out, they auto renewed my lease and they are trying to charge me for the year because I moved out. The office was overly hot & cold with the seasons. Do yourself a favor and avoid this space like the plague. When you move out they will try to bill you for anything that the can think of. There are plenty better options out there.

This place serves the purpose well. My company is based out of Chicago but we often have to host meetings with the team members here in NYC. The conference rooms are clean, and receptionists are friendly. We are only here for a couple of hours at a time, but we always leave happy.
The one complaint that I would have would be all the passive aggressive signs everywhere. It’s like I just walked into a college freshman’s dorm room… Examples:
Clean up after yourself, please. :)
If the coffee pot is empty, then turn off the power so the pot doesn’t burn.
Please try to be neat in the bathrooms ladies! This is a professional space!
Turn the water off, please!
Please be mindful of the noise, people are working!
There are just too many of them. it detracts from the professionalism, and I wouldn’t want to host clients here where they would see that.
