Almost perfect. Just had a curtain installed to block sound from apartment to shared building hallway. The sterling support, patience, taste, cheer, and focus of Sonja Shaw, as well as from Richie the installer, helped make the process almost fun. I love the curtain; the feel, look, and installation all would have been perfect if the initially promised«3 to 4 weeks» didn’t take almost 2 months.

stay away from janovic plaza! they have the absolute worst customer service. the local stores will promise you the world but it all gets filtered to the customer service department where they will treat you like s**t, ann richardson in particular. they don’t honor warranties and you will get nowhere if something goes wrong. buyer beware!!!

This is one of the RUDEST companies to deal with. Horrible indifferent service. On one visit I watched two workers argue with each other as to who was going to mix my paint. On my last visit, the salesperson pitched a fit because I asked him to remove the lid once my paint was mixed so I could look at it before I left the store with it. I ended up in a shouting match. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even companies trying to outright defraud me have better customer service. I’ve been dealing with their drapes people. Maybe going into the store and buying a ready-made object is fine, though I’m skeptical. I’m in month 3 of trying to get drapes through Janovic, a service for which I have paid several thousand dollars. They don’t return phone calls. When they do return phone calls, they can’t seem to remember why they called. And it’s not just one person. I’ve dealt with at least 4 different people at the company who lie about returning calls or can’t accomplish a simple task to save their life. One person called to schedule a measurement, and the conversation went like this: Her: Hi, we want to schedule a measurement. Me: Well, ok, but I told you I was going to be out of town, and you should call my roommate. Her: When this week is good for you? Me: Uh, I just told you I’m out of town. I’ll be back next week. Mornings are good, I guess. Her: Oh, mornings? I don’t think we have any mornings. Me: Well, what do you have? Her: Gee, I don’t know. Me: Well, call me back when you know what you’re doing!

Spiffing up the apartment is something I do every six months. But I usually do it on a budget and get everything from either Ikea or I make stuff myself(e.g.pillows). Janovic Plaza would be immensely helpful to the process if they were more inexpensive.

Helpful staff, friendly and they answer any question,(no matter how stupid) with patience. They have anything you could need to spiff up your apartment,(or correct the mistakes in the process).
