Terrible customer service or more accurately, customer service is nonexistent. Ordered pajamas online 3 weeks ago. Last I heard was that the order was pending and that was shortly after I placed the order. Their phone number which CANNOT be found on their website is 1(212) 868‑6888. Good luck trying to reach someone.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a company in a long time. Put in an order for 100 robes on a Tuesday and asked for them to be shipped them 2-day service. Even gave them a Fed-Ex number for the shipping charges. They never shipped the robes. Called on Friday for an explanation and the rep I actually talked to on the phone previously, never answered the phone. Couldn’t get a-hold of her until the next Monday. Her excuse for not delivering on time was that they«were really busy at the warehouse». Come again, you were really busy?!? Not only were they«really busy» but she never even mentioned that they couldn’t handle the order. I then ask her to overnight the robes, and guess what? Yep, you guessed it, she still didn’t send them. Will never do business with Intimo again. No apology, no follow up just a horrible company to deal with.
