The jewelry designs in this store are clunky and matronly looking. The women staffing the East Village location was thoroughly unhelpful verging on rude. I got a gift from here that I wanted to exchange for something else (returns are not allowed). The length of time in the return policy is not posted anywhere in the store or on the website so the woman working at the store decided it was a 60 day window. She considered for a moment telling us how to get in touch with the owner (so we could speak with someone who actually has the authority to tell us that) but she instead thought better of it and offered no other recourse. She shrugged and said goodbye. Lots of bad jewelry designs and worse customer service.

What a great find! I was strolling in the West Village today and came upon this store. It is filled with incredible, original pieces of jewelry. I quickly fell in love with a beautiful pair of earrings (which I didn’t buy… YET! Really thinking about them!) They seemed a bit expensive but clearly these are very special and made with precious stones… so, all things considered not really that expensive… I just don’t have that in my budget right now. :(The two ladies who own the store told me they make everything themselves. They were very friendly and welcoming. When you walk out of a store and keep thinking about what you saw, you know the place is special! I hope to return soon… A real «gem!» Seriously.
